Age Restriction

Okay, I'm not asking about age restriction for myself but more for my brother. I want to get him into roleplaying and/or this site, and we were making all these character ideas when I noticed something about age limit on VWW. I checked the rules over and didn't see anything about it, but still, doesn't hurt to ask. ((and plus now he won't stop annoying me about the dang age restriction and blah blah blah I'm going to slap him any moment now))

So is there something like this where you have to be so-and-so years old to join VWW? I don't know if he's under-aged or not, so it would help to know.

It's not vww in general more or so a proboards thing where they ask you to be at least 13 years of age before registering on any proboards forum.

The only reason we have the age thing is because Proboards almost shut us down one time for having too young of members.
