ROVER -- a person who spends their time wandering.
Rovers are a group of loners, rogues and kittypets. The premise of the group isn't to cause trouble, nor is there any ulterior/corruptive motives. It is a free group that only unite to share stories of their adventures. The sol purpose of the group is to create unity amongst the different ages and ranks. Rovers tend to be wanderers with no specific home. They spend their life without settling in one place but find their duty to be rather simple. Rovers are not bad, actually, could be considered a bit of a 'robin hood' amongst the outsiders. Essentially, they make living a little easier for the hungry or threatened.
Basically they try to help out where they can. They'll help provide temporary assistance. Whether that being to provide shelter or food they strive to make life easier amongst each other. They do have a goal to make their name big around the territories.
