Cinderpaw was indescribably tired. She could hardly stand on her paws, and could feel herself swaying as she made her way across the clearing toward the fresh-kill pile.
Grabbing a small vole, she was about to make her way to the apprentice's den, to lay down in her nest, when she ran into a much larger cat - a warrior, it seemed. Fangshadow
Blinking slowly, she glanced up at the tom. "Sorry," she finally managed, then looked down at her paws, muttering to herself under her breath.

The Massive Tabby was deep in thought as his paws pulled him along in his daily routine, when all of the sudden a small force snapped him back to the current... He looked down at a ashen female with wide optics, he was about to apologize thinking it was his doing but she beat him to it she lowerd her gaze as she seemed cross with her self he chuckled "I believe the Sorry should be mine, Young one" he smiled warmly loosing all of his heavy thoughts and enjoying the moments as his mind was no longer imprizend my the pleging thoughts. As he studied her small frame he searched for a name he had seem the small feline before.... (ash, no, gray,no, .... Cinder) He tilted his head and added "Cinderblaze, Are you busy?' he asked with a hint of amusement.

She was sure this was a warrior now. Considering how large he was, and how he spoke to her, but not only that... the way he carried himself. Pride and respect. He had lots of it.
Suddenly he'd asked if she were busy. What would a warrior want from an apprentice, anyways? It was then she realized someone was actually talking to her, and was asking her if she were busy. It was real.
"Uh - no, I'm not," she finally managed to say, though a bit reluctantly, and confusion evident as day in her voice, and the tone of it. "Why do you ask, ..." she asked, trailing off as if she expected him to introduce himself.

The Huge male felt the laughter build up inside as her puzzled expression grew, but fought to hold it in. He looked down to the young female with a small grin as she answered with a negative slowly.... she seem a little nervous as to why a warrior would ask such a thing. His smile broadened as he dipped his head as in a formal introduction seeing he had indeed skipped it. "Well For Starters You may Call me FangShadow, and I was wondering if you would care to join me on a hunt" he stated with his deep voice. He awaited an reply as to what she would say next left him to wonder.... thought he doubted an apprentice would pass up the opportunity to hunt for his/her clan or show off for some on other than there own mentor or at least that was apprenticeship for him.

Fangshadow, huh? Sounded familiar, but knowing herself, her memory wasn't exactly one of her best assets. "Nice to meet you, Fangshadow." The gray she-cat mewed.
Wait, why was he talking to her again? She frowned, then gaped. Right, hunting! Right. She dipped her head, again, showing her thanks, and appreciation. Would she like to hunt? Of course! Nodding eagerly, she meowed lightly, "Yes, of course!" She could finally walk around somewhere else than the camp.

He smiled "and to you CinderPaw" he then turned to face the exit that ironically was the entrance as well. With a small amused glance at her obvious response he nodded "Very well, Let get a Move on then" he the padded with his long strides to the tunnel and squished into it, seeing he was much larger than the average fire clanner his sides were pricked and fur was snagged by the time he was out he looked back and was able to see his handsome long tabby fur hanging there. With a small growl he shook his shredded pelt before turning to the young female, "Were would you like to Go?" he new it might come as a strange request one that she would most likley enjoy thought.

She gave a firm nod in his direction. Yes, let's! And with that, she trotted after the large tom, who appeared to be having trouble getting through the entrance due to his large build. She couldn't but grin at it a bit, even if it was fairly rude to have done so.
Where would she like to go? She hadn't been expecting to choose the hunting ground where they'd be - well, hunting, essentially. She paused for a moment, but then meowed quickly as it hit her. "The prairie?" She hunted there often with her mentor, Firebird, and thought prey was fair in that particular area of the territory.

He noticed that she was fighting not to laugh or smile as he had struggled though the tight squeeze. As he watched her for a moment she then came out with an answer. He gave a nod "To the Prairies it is then" he turned in the direction of the prairies and started to pad towards it. His pace became a solid two by four set. He then cast a glance over his shoulder "Arent you Training under FireBird?" he said as it seemed he had a false menmorey over the subject.

As they made their way toward the prairie, at a fast pace, her ears perked as he asked a question about her mentor. Wha -- oh, right. "Firebird?" she asked, then nodded "yes".
"I just recently started training with her, since Cherryheart, my first mentor passed away." she mewed, then paused. "And my other mentor, Crowwing, was too flooded with his medicine cat stuff(school), and had to pass me on to someone else." Hopefully she'd get to stay with her new mentor, since her training was always interrupted.

He smild and nodded "She's a great warrior, Your in good paws' he tilted his head as she added to other warriors names the first he was not so fimaluar with CherryHeart was Great and wise though they had only met once he could not help but feel sadness... He then flicked his ear as the name of the old black tom entered the conversation with an amused purr he smiled "Crowwing is always to busy" he then turned and flicked his tail showing there were sighns of a hunt. He scented the air and caugh faint traces of rabbit mouse crow, then a new stronger scent joined in with the mingled ones. He looked at her and nodded his head as for her to round it they could do a team catch of course that is if she was up for it.

She nodded her head in agreement. "Too bad Cherryheart passed away." she manged to say after a heartbeat of second. She'd already had two previous mentors, and to her, that was a lot. Did she have bad luck?
"And yes, although it isn't surprising, considering he's a medicine cat. Surely he had plenty of kits to take care of(considering how many excuses they find to get into the medicine cat's den).
[Mystery prey? Cool] Soon afterward, they came to a stop, scenting to air briefly, then nodded her head in agreement. She could scent out mice, some rabbits, and a crow or two(dangerous prey), but they were all soon overwhelmed by one particular scent. She didn't know this scent(mainly because I don't know what it's supposed to be, but whatever).
