[Moonpaw]

Otterpaw Hazepaw

Moonpaw shuffled into the apprentice den, her new home. She quickly lied down her moss in an open space and looked around, looking for the two cats she was gonna train with. She found them entering the den a bit later, which was logical because she had literally ran to get into the den. She padded up to them and nodded, "Hello, fellow trainees."

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw, after having said his goodbyes to Scorchflight, came immediately to the apprentices' den, following after Otterpaw. He was definitely intrigued by the new change of scenery as he hadn't seen the other dens, or even most of the camp at that. His mind just ravished with questions, pertaining to the new den and how everything worked. Yet he then looked at Moonpaw, his quiet personality quickly coming into reality here as he nodded his head to signal a hello back over at her. Otterpaw did usually do all the speaking for the two.

[Otterpaw]

"Hey, Moonpaw!" Otterpaw purred cheerfully, grinning widely at her. He set his nest down, fluffing it up the way he liked it.

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw followed in after Otterpaw, carrying in some moss with him as he then put it down next to Otterpaw, almost to where they were interconnected.

[Moonpaw]

Moonpaw let out a rare smile, "Hey, Otterpaw." She meowed, she the glanced at Hazepaw and nodded. "Hey, Hazepaw." She added. Awkward silence. She then flattened her ears in awkwardness, "You guys better find a place for the moss, we can talk still." She then went to her own nest and tried to make it comfortable.

[Otterpaw]

Otterpaw grinned. "Way ahead of you, sister." he said, having laid the last piece of moss on his nest. He curled into it, ready to talk.

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw just gave a small sigh as he rolled his eyes, knowing that Otterpaw did a messy job of it. Yet he just continued along and tried to get fix up what he could until he laid in the moss, which upon then Hazepaw went ahead and tried to fix up his own. The fact was his was so close to Otterpaw's that it was almost interconnected.

[Moonpaw]

Moonpaw nodded as she finally got comfortable and had lied down. She eyed Hazepaw, then Otterpaw. "I'm guessing you guys are brothers or close friends?" She asked, grooming her messy gray and black pelt. She should have cleaned it beforehand, but whatever.

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw just looked up from what he was doing, almost as if it was going to be a hostile glare, yet just a warm yet soft look came from him as he spoke for once, "We've been friends for a long while." He said bluntly, not trying to sound rude. Which after saying that, he continued to conduct and construct the little part of his moss bedding right next to Otterpaw before circling once to marvel at his own handiwork before laying down neatly on it, getting to where he could still see Moonpaw but still next to Otterpaw.

[Otterpaw]

Otterpaw was busy rolling around in his moss nest. "Yeah, since we were like, a few moons old!" he chimed in.

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw just chuckled and rolled his eyes and quickly corrected Otterpaw, "He means "sunrises" old." He quickly covered for Otterpaw as he realized that his friend was too busy rolling around.

[Otterpaw]

"My bad!" Otterpaw was still trying to get comfortable. The moss was hard to get comfortable in.

[Hazepaw]

Hazepaw just rolled his eyes again as he stayed where he was, neatly sat right next to where Otterpaw was rolling around trying to get comfortable.

[Otterpaw]

"So, Moonpaw, do you have any friends?" Otterpaw asked, unaware of how rude the question was.

[Moonpaw]

Moonpaw scoffed at the new question at hand. "No, I spent my kithood alone and with prey for company." She said sarcastically. She then laughed silently at her joke. "Yeah, I had Redpaw and Silverpaw, if that counts." She replied, dropping her sarcastic tone.
