StormKane sighed.
He wasn't walking and bounding around for once. He was simply resting on the large, thick root of a tree. Observing and scanning around, watching the environment. Admiring nature. Last time he'd been prancing around, he'd jumped straight into a pair of pack wolves.
He sighed and lowered his head, closing his eyes. Crossing his paws in front of him, his head rested on his forelegs. Then he opened his eyes again.
A familiar face.
"... You again...?"
His voice wasn't filled with a trace of negativity. It sounded somewhat like disbelief. He truly didn't think he'd meet her for the third time. As a lone wolf, often his interactions were one time things.

She now having convinst her father to allow a new less blood shedding rank among his pack, padded peacefully among the forest floor soft sun rays caught in her fur, and light up her eyes. She looked down among the roots of a small shrub/bush and snuffed she was getting closer but this was not yet the plant. She then caught a familiar tang one she thought she would never scent again and to her own surprise she felt *Excitement, as well as Joy* she turned and fallowed to more recent scent then paused and she relised he may not wish to see her again... She was about to turn back when her back paw caught a loose stone and she slipped into a clearing were his familiar night hued pelt happened to inhabit. She looked at him with wide eyes, and was about to apologize when he beat her to saying anything.. "... You again...?" was all he said but it left her speechless it did not hold any anger or hate in fact he seemed as surprised as she had been!
She titled her head, he looked quite a bit different it had been some time... "@kanewolf?"

Kane smiled genuinely.
It wasn't a huge smile, but it was real. "Yep! It's me! Never thought I'd ever see you again!" He barked happily, his tail wagging furiously behind him. He couldn't help his excitement. He'd always been an extremely emotional wolf. When he got mad, he tended to pick fights. When he got excited, he couldn't help but fidget around, making it painfully obvious how he felt.
At least Storm was nice. "In fact, it's great to see you again! Most wolves I don't get to see more than one time. But this is what? The third time we've met? I think it's something kind of like a miracle!"

She looked at the expression me made, and could not help but smile back she felt a happiness radiating from the male, and was surprised she felt the same way. She tiled her head as he spoke, "Yep! It's me! Never thought I'd ever see you again!" She smiled but before she could reply, he added "In fact, it's great to see you again! Most wolves I don't get to see more than one time. But this is what? The third time we've met? I think it's something kind of like a miracle!" She smiled and her optics glittered, "And you of Course, Really?" she he had said before he rarely ran into others but, once or twice was a LOT? She felt her own banner begin to swing from side to side, "Counting are we" she laughed a little and felt at ease for the first time in days, she truly and just now realized she had missed the rugged loner.. "A Miracle indeed"

Kane laughed.
"Yeah, meeting more than once is a really rare for me." He gave a small smile. He wouldn't deny his enjoyment of his lonely freedom, though it was what it was. Lonely. That was why he enjoyed Storm's company and called their three meetings a miracle. The silvery she-wolf was much kinder than other wolves he had met. Between just being plain hostile or eventually earning his anger... None were as pleasant to spend any amount of time with as Storm was.
"Of course I count. It's a small enough member that it's really not hard." He shrugged. "I remember these sorts of things because there's not a whole lot else to occupy my head."
