Hi I was wondering how you tag someone in a thread? I was asked if I could do that and I didn't know how. Please help. Thanks.

It's pretty easy! If you visit the profile of the person you want to tag, you'll see their username towards the top. Remember that this is usually different from their display name. Usernames are the name that the account was registered under, and display names are the ones shown next to your posts, as well as on other parts of the site. You want the username for this. Just put it directly after the @ symbol, and it'll create a tag when posted. So if I wanted to tag you, I'd do this: @ sandstone1234 ( Sandstone). Hope that helps! |
