Delcie rummaged through the garbage of one of the restaurants, the delicious scent of chicken wafting from somewhere within. Her bright gold eyes narrowed as she caught sight of a "Petey Joe's Chicken" bag right in her face. Snapping the bag in her jaws, she heaved the enormous bag out of the bin and nearly toppled over as she landed on her feet.

A startled squawk escaped her as the bag practically hit her on the back of her head. Now annoyed, she stepped forward to rummage through the food to see if anything good was left. A monster roared past, splattering dirty water over her. Too shocked to hiss now, Delcie glowered at the two-leg eaten by the horrible beast before turning back to her delicious smelling food.

The skinny she-cat, now drenched and shivering, shifted through the various items and started devouring the chicken inside, steadfastly ignoring the rice.

Maroon sat down on top of a nearby trash can well fed she was after being able to catch a kitchen mouse on the run from a nearby restaurant. She felt only a bit of pity for the "Water Rat" Looking cat nearby.She watched as the cat gobbled down some chicken from a bag smelling a but foul but could do for a cat that was hungry enough to risk the smell. She licked her paw pulling at some of the fur between her claws."You know the place across the street has way better food!"She called to the skinny cat.
