Rebellion

Kane sighed.

He hadn't bumped into a single fellow loner for quite some time. It seemed the area was absolutely infested with wandering wolves from various packs! Didn't they have something better to do than wander around? He didn't mind bumping into Storm though, she was kind. The rest of them were somewhat rude. Pretty annoying having to deal with them, though he tried his best not to pick a fight, despite his slight temper problems.

He looked up. The sun set setting, blasting the sky with orange color. Maybe all those packs wolves would be getting ready to sleep and he'd have a peaceful walk to himself. He returned his eyes to level. He stopped walking. There was another wolf there. He flattened his ears and groaned.

Of course. Just his luck. The wolf was probably of a pack as well. He supposed he should try to start this off better than when he crashed into that wolf named Painne. He walked up to him with a friendly smile. "Hey there!"

The Male was so focused in the task at hand, that he had not scented and or noticed the presence of another. With the packs poised and on edge for the newest battle things were getting rather tense in the camp, the whole forest seemed to be holding its breath like each tree new exactly what was to come... Blood. He lost in his dark thoughts snapped around when a males voice cut through the clearing. "Hey there!" With a instant crouch the Male growled deeply "Are you of the AS?" he then took the time to scent the air and the night hued male scented of many things, of the easter mounts, of the souther ponds, and of course his own forest. He tiled his head and laughed mentally at him self.. (Just another Loner) he settled and his hackles went back down. He then padded forward, seeing no reason as to not. Being much more friendly to the male, he barked "Rebellion, of the Shadow Dwellers. What Might I call you wander of the Forest?"

Kane flattened his ears.

Immediate agression. Not exactly the best way to start things off. The hostile wolf had immediately crouched down, most likely preparing to pounce on Kane if need be. Therefore, he knew he had to tread carefully so as to not get his pelt shredded to pieces. That would be.... Bad. Not like he was close to anyone who'd mourn his absence or even know.

Thankfully, shortly the stranger relaxed and moved forward with calm. Clearly, he'd decided Kane wasn't as much of a threat at first assumed. Little bit of an ouch, but still. Kane wasn't one to pick a fight. The strange wolf introduced himself as Rebellion of the Shadow Dwellers. He strained slightly, turning his head skywards to think. Where had he heard the name before?

Then it hit him. That was similar to how Storm had introduced herself! So... They were in the same pack... Huh. He returned his head back to level. "My name is Kane. Nothing added on."
