Sunfish exited the warriors den in search of Sunpaw. He was quite happy not to be done with training. Sunfish liked to have things to keep him busy. He found himself a little lost with nothing to do. Having to do the same things every day became mundane. He padded over to the apprentices den and poked his head inside. "Sunpaw, time for training." He called for her quietly making sure not to wake anyone else. He sat outside the den to wait for her. Today they'd learn the territory.

Simple woke up to a meow from Sunfish. At first she ignored him, not realizing who he was, but then she sat up in a jolt."Training? Yes yes yes! I finally get to leave the camp!" Sunpaw exclaimed. She couldn't wait to see the territory and all its wonders. Sunpaw quickly exited the den, careful to not step on other cats, and padded over to Sunfish, waiting to hear further instructions.

Sunfish smiled as the she-cat padded up to him. "Are you ready? Let's go." He flicked his tail. "We're going to see the borders today and do a bit of hunting afterwards near the river. If you have questions about the other Clans don't hesitate to inquire." He led her to the TreeClan border first and sat down. "Borders are marked on a daily basis and cats do not cross these borders unless they want to deal with the rivaling Clans, or have legitimate reasons. Otherwise we stay in our set boundaries." He explained.
"TreeClan is led by Spiderstar and his deputy Magnoliafrost. They have fair weather there, and live in a forest with many large trees. They have a natural talent for climbing as you'd expect from them." He looked back over at her. "Any questions about TreeClan?"

Sunpaw listened intently as Sunfish explained the border. She had so many questions in her head, and she wasn't even sure if Sunfish could answer all of them. She picked picked two questions. "Sunfish, what would you do if a cat were to c is our borders? And what would a special circumstance be for letting a cat cross our borders?" Sunpaw meowed. She thought these two questions were the most important.

"I'd warn them to leave. No one gets away with coming on our lands scot-free. Unless they have good reason to. An instance where it'd be tolerated is if they come baring warnings, or a message. Sometimes there's no choice. We escort them to camp and decide what to do with them later." He shrugged. "Everyone has a different way of handling it. I myself question them." He explained.
"Let's go to visit FireClan." He led her to FireClan's border which was a slight bit of a walk. "FireClan is located in a prairie and the cats have a talent for running. Their leader is Darkstar, deputy is Jackalfrost."

Sunpaw was excited that she got to see another border. Sure, TreeClan was cool, but it was just trees. FireClan, well, she'd heard rumors that you could see for miles there. Sunpaw was a bit behind Sunfish, since it was her first day out of the camp. When they got to the border, Sunpaw was amazed. "Wow, you can see so much!" she meowed. It reminded her of the day when she and Knotpaw were climbing that rock when they were kits.

He laughed lightly. "I'm glad you like it. But let's move on." He led her to the last Clan's border, RockClan. "Located on the cliffs, RockClan is good at digging. They carve caves which I assume is for dens in their camp. Their leader is Cloverstar and deputy is Flamepath. Their weather is similar to ours but not as bad. Considering leaf bare for us is long and brutal." He flicked an ear.
"Any questions? Ask away, then we can go to the river and learn how to fish."

By the time Sunpaw got to the RockClan border she was feeling tired. Sunfish mentioned something about RockClan and digging, and then he mentioned something about Clovestar and Flamepath. Sunpaw immediately perked up on the mention of fishing. "We can go fishing and see the territory all in one day? Wow!" she meowed excitedly. She looked at the RockClan border and saw lots of rocks, and then decided to ask a real question. "How does RockClan survive with nothing but rocks?"

"Well they use those to make dens. They climb over the rocks and use them for their camp." He explained. "Anyhow let's head out." When they reached the river he stared down at the bank. He stood on the edge and unsheathed his claws. He crouched, remaining silent and waiting for shadows of fish to come close by. He scooped up a fish and it landed on the ground. He quickly bit it and killed it.
"Give it a try. Fishing can be a little tricky at first. But.. It's essential. Silence and timing are key."

Sunpaw observantly watched as Sunfish fished (lol) in the river. She wasn't very good at hunting ground prey, as an apprentice had tried to help her once, but she had a hard time. Maybe fishing was different? Sunpaw padded up besides Sunfish and waited for a fish to come near. Placing her hand like how Sunfish had his, she tried to copy him. Then she saw a shadowy movement. Silently she unsheathed her right paw claws, the ones that tended to reflect the light. She made the mistake of pointing them towards the sun and... she accidentally temporarily blinded herself. Thrown off balance, she plunged into river, but by luck of the draw, her claws made contact with the fish. Biting down on it, she headed towards the surface. "Sunfish, I got the fish!" she meowed through a mouthful of slippery scales. She was now soaking wet, but, oh well.
