"Brrr, it's feeling chilly this morning!" Fadingcry exclaimed. She was starting to get over her fear of other cats and being more open around others in her clan. "Anyone else feeling the chill? It's only the beginning of leaf-fall too! I can't even think about how it'll be in leaf-bare!" She said to no one in particular. She shivered. It was a crisp leaf-fall morning, the sun was sneaking it's way into camp through the half bare trees, to generalize it, it was a promising day.

Earthblossom's ears pricked at the sound of her friend's voice. She slid under the overhang, careful not to hit her head, and touched her pink nose to the grey shecat's. "You're right.  It's freezing. I hope my kits are doing okay in the cold." The large tabby mewed, grooming her dense coat.
