Frostpaw smiled at Sprucepaw's easy acceptance of her plan. Pushing herself up, she padded out of the den, leading the way into the territory. Following the apprentice scents, she soon reached the little clearing where most Rockclan cats trained. It was soft, soft enough to ensure that no injures would occur. Centring herself in the clearing, she settled down into the hunter's crouch and watched out carefully for Sprucepaw's attack. "I'm ready!"

Sprucepaw followed her into the clearing. then seeing her crouch he mimicked her action. "Ok then, oh! I forgot to tell you, yesterday I..." he never finished he pounced at her mid sentence using small talk for a distraction. (Ill try not to powerplay.)

(Sure! I'm pretty sure you won't anyways. I'll try not to too.)
Frostpaw swished her tail in confusion as Sprucepaw settled down and immediately started talking. What in the world was he thinking? Weren't they supposed to be fighting? Just as she finished her train of thought, Sprucepaw leapt towards her. Startled, Frostpaw just stood there as Sprucepaw landed on her back. In a faraway corner of her mind, she registered that it had probably been Sprucepaw's plan all along, and filed away the thought for later. It was a good strategy indeed. But now, to get the other apprentice off her. Rolling towards her right, she attempted to pin Sprucepaw between her back and the floor. Hopefully Sprucepaw would leap off before her body weight did any harm. If he didn't though, she would jump off him immediately, so as not to crush him.

As she started to role he saw her attempt to squish him and he leaped off her back landing nimble on the ground. he saw a window to attack but it was too risky while she was roling her belly was exposed but her paws were also in the perfect place to repel him. instead he waited until she ended her role and quickly started to advance to her left but it was a faint and he twisted around and sprang on her from the right.

Frostpaw was surprised when she saw that Sprucepaw did not take the chance to leap on her while she was rolling. She had just realised that it was probably a horrible move, but it had been too late to abandon it. Feeling the other apprentice leap off her, Frostpaw ended her roll in a neat tuck, placing her paws beneath her and standing up. And just in time too, as she saw Sprucepaw advance to her left. Moving to her right to hopefully avoid the attack, she was startled when he suddenly twisted and sprang to the right, aiming to land on her unprepared self. Frostpaw suddenly felt a strange deja vu as she saw Sprucepaw sailing towards her. Deciding to go along with it, she twisted to meet him head on and moved back ever so slightly, letting the other cat land on her. Then, she attempted to snap upwards with her jaws. Her backwards movement would hopefully make Sprucepaw land with his hindquarters dangling behind her, giving her something to snap onto. She was careful to use a little less power though, not wanting to hurt him.
(Just a note that "Sprang on her"might be mild power playing. I'm not too sure of it, but I think that it could be counted. It's stating that Frostpaw was already jumped on. Maybe you could phrase it as "Attempted to spring onto her".)

(Sorry about that sprang at her might be more accurate.) Sprucepaw was suprised to see her not try and dodge but instead she met him face to face. instead of continuing his plan he sprang off after he crashed into her barely saving his hind legs from her snapping jaws.

Frostpaw saw Sprucepaw slam straight into her and recoiled slightly, not expecting such a hard impact. She had half been expecting her defence to fail, and so she was highly unprepared. Due to that, she didn't exactly have a follow-up plan in mind. Still, she tried to take advantage of the success by dipping the front of the body down, hopefully tumbling Sprucepaw onto his belly and giving her a chance to attack his soft underbelly.

Sprucepaw wasn't expecting her dipping down. he tumbled off of her he knew his only chance now was to roll with the fall. as he hit the groung he rolled with it spinning several badger lengths away from her. he then crawled to his feet jumping around to face her. he may be stronger but she was faster and smaller giving them almost perfectly balanced strenghts and weaknesses.

Frostpaw saw that Sprucepaw was rolling away from her and eagerly gave chase, reaching him just as he got up. She stood in front of the other cat warily, assessing him with a critical eye. She knew that her advantage came with her speed, and she fully intended to take advantage of it. Using a tactic that she knew Fireclan cats used, she started running quickly in circles around Sprucepaw, changing direction every one in a while in hopes that the other cat would not be able to keep up with her. When she thought that she had confused Sprucepaw enough, she leapt forwards, intending to land on the other cat. Hopefully he wouldn't see it coming.

Frostpaw was surprised yet again as the other cat leapt forward, seeming to predict her every move. Colliding with Sprucepaw in midair, Frostpaw was knocked back, landing with Sprucepaw on top of her and their paws meeting. It did hurt, the sudden impact with the ground, but Frostpaw was determined not to let it bother her. Instead, she tried to use her paws to scratch at the other cat's belly, whilst hoping that Sprucepaw would not leap off her. After all, she was now in a position of power, even if the other cat was on top of her. To protect herself further, Frostpaw attempted to curl up into a little ball, covering her soft underbelly.

Sprucepaw felt her claws scratch over his belly. he yowled in pain and tried to raked the claws on his hind legs over her belly. then he rolled off of her rising to see her curled in a ball.

Sandpaw came back!XD) Sandpaw padded into the apprentice den and didn't see the two. She padded over to the nest with a mouse in her jaws her chest heaving. She was exhausted from her assessment she just past.
She sunk her teeth into the prey and smiled at the taste. She then sighed she was still tired. "Where are those two?" She meowed.

Frostpaw smiled as her attack seemed to work, leading the other cat to roll off her. Still, she winced slightly as Sprucepaw's claws raked at her belly. It wasn't the worst she had gotten, but not the best either. Uncurling to find Sprucepaw already standing, she spoke, "Well, I think that we've battled for long enough. Shall we call it a draw?" Smiling warmly, she waited for the other cat's answer as she started padding back to camp, and into the Apprentices' den, seeing Sandpaw there. Calling out happily, she yelled, "Hi there! So, how did your little journey go?"
(Erm... The both of them went out into the territory to train.. but I'll just bring them back! Also sorry Spruce, I meant to type in "With sheathed claws" but it somehow slipped my mind.)

She lifted her head from the prey. "Well im going to have my warrior ceremony soon...in other words it went great." She said trying to act normal. She didn't want them to becoming to over excited.
(I fixed it)
