For Leopardpaw only~! It was midnight, and extremely cold out. Speckpaw curled up deeper into his nest with a shiver. And then he noticed Leopardpaw in the nest beside him, and he smirked before springing up and slipping in beside her. "Brr! Mind if I steal some of your warmth?" he purred. { muse... gone.... } |

"No, not really." Leopardpaw said. She already was warm enough now, her silky fur was slightly thick with the undercoat, but it always seemed like a tuft of rabbit fur, very warm but light.

Speckpaw took the opportunity to scoot close to her, purring at the warmth. "Brr... it's like my body doesn't generate any heat. Good thing your around." he murmured, feeling the edge of his flirty nature returning.

Leopardpaw purred. It was lonely sleeping when she was an apprentice, not having any fellow kits 'intruding' in the nest.

Speckpaw was a bit surprised, though. He thought laying next to Leopardpaw would make her all embarrassed and everything. She must have been pretty okay with him if she didn't even bat an eye at his slow attempts at flirting. "Well... it's nice to curl up next to a pretty she-cat." he meowed at last, taking that one bold pawstep.

Leopardpaw was happy that she had fur at that moment as she started to blush madly. She'd never had a tom flirt with her before.

Speckpaw tilted his head in confusion. Did she not like his valiant attempts at flirting... at all? Not even a response? He turned his head to meet her gaze. "Hey... ya know, you can always tell me to stop flirting. I'll understand." he meowed softly, and with a warm smile.

Speck felt his fur flare up. Great, now he was the one getting embarrassed. It was suppose to be the other way around so he could stare at flustered cute faces! "U-uh, well...." he stuttered, looking away. I don't know if she really answered my question.... he muttered, and yet snuggled closer to her. But this doesn't feel all that bad.

In a flustered-ness that was Speck, the tomcat suddenly sprang up into the cold air and landed next to her nest. "H-haha, uh, let's go for a w-walk... you know, u-uh, and just... w-walk around?" he couldn't stop the stammer in his voice.
