(Preferably no more than three others please. And try for a posting order, will allow exceptions however)
The minute Aster's apprentice ceremony had officially concluded, she had collected some soft moss and decided to explore her new den. With black ringed tail held high and darkened moss colliding repetitively with her milky white chest, Aster enters the den, ears pricked and paws at the ready.
Sadly coming to the conclusion the she had little to no friends in these new surroundings, the she-cat opts to avoiding the hustle and bustle of every day chatter and life by setting up in a quiet area off to once side. Nice and peaceful, at least, she hoped so. Laying the moss in a thick layer on the ground, she allows herself to relax, as per her new mentor's suggestion. "Mentor, what a fine idea. I may strive to be one some day." she purrs to herself, her voice soft and sweet, with that ever-lasting kit like ring to it, giving her a slightly innocent and loving appeal, though not so much now due to her new status. "On the topic of mentors, mine seems awfully nice" the apprentice muses to herself, take a seat on her new nest having successfully riddled it of anything non moss related. "Oh I do hope training commences soon, it seems like such a thrill. And I myself can not wait much longer to explore and hunt, maybe even fight." She gives a toss of her smokey furred head, attempting to rid her mind of intrusive thoughts of her mother.

With all these names to remember, it was hard to keep track of who is who, he for now only recognized faces and tabby pelts. I guess it was better than nothing. Carrying a fish inside the den, it seemed chillier outside so in doors was better. It was warm and sometimes quieter. Entering slowly so he doesn't bump into anyone, he seen an apprentice with some moss here and there further in the den. He did his best to try not disturb her as he was at a different angle so hopefully he wasn't seen and with his fish still in his jaws he went to his spot. This cat seemed to be day dreaming but his stomache growled loudly.. He really hoped he didn't interrupt. "Sorry, there!" Pebblepaw said apologetically, plopping down at his nest.

Aster merely sat there, talking to herself like some strange loner. Pausing and pricking her ears, jumping at a strange sound and realising it was actually another cat. Standing and turning to face the other apprentice, she allowed a grin to spread widely across her sweet face. "Ah, not a problem. I've had my share of hunger pains, it can be quite a drag." Her grin dropped to a small frown as she glanced down at her slim white furred tummy. I will not eat or sleep until you return. she had promised as her mother had left the den. Returning in her place had been a strange cat, dissipating her excitement with a death notice.
Blinking back tears she looked over to the other cat and returned her smile to her face, curling her tail round her white paws like her signature action. Relaxing herself, she watches the she-cat curiously before noticing her mistake rather abruptly. "Ah, I do apologise. My name is Aster. Yours?"

He glanced at the fish as she spoke. Kind of hiding his embarrassment for the moment. "Drag is right! Though I never had fish so it seems pretty good." He took a small bite out of it, he couldn't the describe it but it was enough to fill him up. Few moments went by till he could speak, he glanced at Asterpaw glad she wasn't allergic to fish. "Asterpaw? Pretty name. You know where those are?" He asked, willing to show her if not.

Aster smiled sweetly, her eyes watching him as she listened to his words. "Drag?" she repeats curiously, her head tilting slightly in confusion. "May I ask who that is?" the apprentice asks gentle, her tones sweet and smooth. She flicks her ears and straitened her head with a sidelong glance at the fish. "It does look nice, doesn't it?" A rumbling purr escapes her loose grasp and her eyes light up. "Why thank you sir. I never did quite get your name" she blinks, a slightly blank expression watching over her face, though she manages to maintain her smile. "I'm not quite sure what you mean, so I'd have to say I don't." she responds gently with an amused purr accompanied by a confused tilt of her striped head.
(Terrible. I do apologise...)

{Nothing wrong ^-^} So she didn't know! He took a few more bites of fish before answering anything, not looking at her gaze just yet. He felt so silly now, for not making sense but he thought, was there anyone by the name of Drag? "Oh, I meant Fang- Fangshadow!" That just randomly popped in. "He told me fish was a source of good food to eat..." Which was true the last for what seemed like a millennium since he saw him. Moving a paw over his muzzle he got up after she was confused on what he was talking about and headed for the door way,"No? I'll show you then!" He insisted with a smile as he headed outside.
"And my name is..."

(...to be continued...) Aster nodded and laughed, a slight purr rumbling in her chest as she glanced at him, her smile transforming to a slight grin. "Ahh..." she purrs gently, amused. " That makes more sense, Fangshadow..." she tries out the new name of her tongue, satisfied with her outcome she purred and smiled at him. "It does look quite nice" she confirmed with a now, taking in the distinct, very strong scent of it and wondering herself what it might taste like. As she allowed her thoughts to drift on the question of what it could possibly taste like, she hardly noticed him clean his muzzle with a paw and stand up until her invited her to follow. She nodded and climbed to her own paws gracefully, glad for the chance of fresh air as she followed along behind him, exiting the den and wondering where he might be taking her.
(Oh, the suspense! What is the name? Will she ever know? Wait and see, next time on....Whatever this is...)

(lol)
Moments after waiting, he wondered if maybe he made her uncomfortable.. Oh gee.. I'm a id- Pebblepaw heard pawsteps that weren't his own and Asterpaw was coming,I'm not an idiot!! "If your wondering who Fangshadow is, his a big massive tom, not a mentor though he could of been. But turns out he's my brother. Was told a few moons ago. He's a big lug but overall pretty cool." Pebblepaw spoke, as they kept walking in Treeclans beautiful camp. But he paused his talking incase Asterpaw wanted to speak.

Aster followed along, noticing his slight self doubt as she approached his side. Deciciding she must of imagined it, the apprentice offers him a slight reassuring purr anyway before following him through camp. He seemed like such a nice cat, and she was just so content nodding along as he spoke. He'll make a great warrior someday... she muses to herself with a peaceful smile and a rumbling, content purr. Nodding as he spoke and they wandered pawsteps after pawsteps across the busy camp she found herself wandering if they might even be warriors together. Saving the thought for a possibly later topic she notices he had stopped talking, his silence inviting her to speak. "Do you have a mother in this clan?" she questions with general curiosity, tilting her head slightly and gazing into his gentle blue eyes. Catching herself staring, she shyly breaks eye contact and glances down at her soft white furred paws as they trace fresh and ancient paw prints. "I'm adopted to Meadowlark, my real mother didn't live in any clan, or at least not that I know of..." She momentarily asks herself within the confines of her mind why she's telling a new acquaintance that she's not even clan-born, but it's too late to take it back now. She'd just have to hope he wouldn't think worse of her.

"It doesn't matter if your Clan born or not, you'll still make a good warrior for TreeClan." Sunsetpaw meowed, finally gathering the courage to actually push herself to speak. She had noticed the two apprentices talking and heading somewhere, so she just thought to join them. She wasn't exactly the most social butterfly around, but she did want at least some cats to talk to. Walking closer to them, she dipped her head. "Sorry to butt in. Hope you don't mind... I can always leave. But I'm Sunsetpaw. I also go by Sunnyset. Dunno why." The voice calls me Sunnyset... might as well use the nickname.

Pebblepaw thought that maybe he was just talking her ear off. Oh gosh maybe he was annoying! He halted their walk for a moment, noticing the river on the left. At the same time Asterpaw asked a question with a surprised Pebblepaw. He was going to answer but noticing Asterpaw's gaze left.. Do you have a mother in this clan?" Than suddenly Asterpaw continued. She explained she was adopted... Was she found or did the mom give her up? He ask himself as he listened, than spoke softly hopefully not going to say the wrong thing,"Your gre-", but someone unexpectedly interrupted him. He was going to add to that though. He glanced the other way to see a familiar apprentice he met previous before. Sunsetpaw..
"Hi there, Sunsetpaw. No worries .." He greeted. He glanced to Asterpaw with a soft smile and added,"She'd be proud of who you are today."

Aster watched him cautiously, wondering if she'd struck an old wound by bringing up the topic without warning like that. The silence wasn't as peaceful as before, heavy with unspoken words and doubtful thoughts as she attempted to dismiss the thought. She opened her mouth to say something, as did her, she noticed as he made out two words before someone else bet them to it. Shock stuck the apprentice like lightning and she halted, turning to face this newcomer. Taking note of her kind words, the she-cat bowed her head in greeting to the other cat. "Thank you, but I'm far from being a warrior just yet" She responded sweetly, opting to be everyone's friend. [/b]"It's nice to meet you, Sunsetpaw, I'm Aster."[/b]

"How's training for you Sunsetpaw and you, Asterpaw?" He glanced to them with a soft smile. The last time he spoke to Sunsetpaw, it was awhile ago.

{ ah sorry, I was pretty busy and couldn't find the time to post with Sunnyset ^=^ thanks for waiting guys! }
Sunsetpaw shrugged. "Tch. So am I, but we'll all be warriors someday." she murmured, and then paused. Training was going... better. Now with Brackenstripe teaching her, things seemed a lot less slow. "Training is fine for me. You two?" she asked with a tilt of her head, amber eyes calm.
