It was nice outside and he was kind of interested in climbing this thick tree. It was really tall, not a pine tree with those pine cone droppings.. It was a real tall, pretty tree. One of those ashtrees. A few of them were a few paces away outside the den. Pebblepaw was eager to try climb it but than he just laid down underneath it, in the shade than he heard a voice? "Huh?" He called out to Beepaw.

The she-cat was rather small, a lilac Siamese point apprentice, her fur was milky with silver splashed on her muzzle paws and tail tip. Beepaw had been in Trees all day. She had no mentor which left her to do nothing but explore the territory her silky tail hung off of the side of the branch she sat on. Her arctic gaze swept down across the forest floor and she found herself spying on a cat who looked to be about the age of an apprentice. She observed as she made himself comfortable in the shade. "Hello." She murmured from above.

The voice was above. How did he not notice her? He yawned before he turned around to meet eye to eye with this she-cat. Well, up. "Hi. This will sound funny but I haven't climbed a tree before.. yet." He said from the first branch she was at. Maybe this one won't be shy or that shallow.

The angelic feline grinned down to the tom. "Really? And you call yourself a TreeClanner?" The she-cat giggled shaking her head her voice like velvet as she spoke to the tom. "I'm Beepaw... and you are...?" Her sapphire orbs settled on the apprentice below her.

His ear twitched as he spoke,"I was just foolin' you, you know?" Pebblepaw said with glee as a few leaves fell on him, he walked around the trunk of the tree once before coming back to the usual spot,"I don't need to climb a tree to see if I can, I know I can on the first try." Pebblepaw joked,"Like, We are born natural tree-climbers, right?" He grinned and as when asked what his name was,"My name? My name makes me feel small." He confessed with a scuffled laugh.

Beepaw yawned, her tail flicking against the chestnut tree bark. "Use your claws and a lot of force in your back legs." She informed the male in a silky voice her gaze lost in the distance absorbed by the colorful clouds in the sky. Her small white claws dug slowly into the soft wood, the sounds of birds singing filled the forest air.

He hanged his head low for a minute, licking a paw than said,"All-right. I knew that but a reminder is helpful. Thanks!" Pebblepaw said politely than stepped back a few steps and ran toward the trunk and leaped. His claws latched on and kicked his back legs as his front paws began climbing up each inch, he was losing grip to he scrambled up the first branch he seen. "Wow. It's- whoa" he breathed out the word as was on the branch, admiring the view but claws were sheathed then, thinking he didn't have to have them out anymore but more weight was on his left side and he foolishly was upside down, holding on. The caramel splotched apprentice looked silly now, "Double wow..".

Beepaw rose her eyebrows, it wasn't necessarily in concern more just a bit outrages at how unreasonably ridiculous he seemed to be acting when trying to perform and perfect a task. Perhaps the she-cat was a perfectionist or maybe she didn't understand the innocence and fun that was meant to come with being an apprentice.

He was on top of the branch again, than began to leap above to the next branch over, careful not to do that stupid accident. It was an okay jump, not much cluminess as the first. Hmm all it took was practice. "I did it correct this time!" Walking on the branch, he spotted a brown sheltered round shape-like cone hanging above him.
"Names Pebblepaw." He said proudly,"Beepaw, sorry, this is my first time climbing a tree." He grinned below her."Your very good."
