Swiftstep The orange tom calmly walked around the plains, his fluffy tail behind him in the soft breeze. Pumpkin stretched his legs out and ventured closer to the 'clan cats' he so heard. I wonder how they live? All together like that? It's interesting, he thought.

I wasn't expecting to part through a bush and run head first into cat I'd never seen before, but then again, I hadn't expected myself to wander past the borders and into loner territory. Oh well. I blinked and scooted back from the orange tomcat, narrowing my gray eyes at him with suspicion. I paused to take a quick whiff of the air and felt myself paling. He wasn't invading FireClan. I was invading his territory. I stood and hurriedly licked my chest fur worriedly before turning. "Bye!" |

 Pumpkin Pumpkin scented another cat, and froze, Did I pass the border? A bush started moving, and out came this similar aged cat crashing into him, making him squeak. He got up quickly and saw that the other tom seemed frightened, "Oh, wait! Don't leave yet..." he mewed, "W-who are you? Are you a clan cat?"

I shrunk back at his voice, ears flattening to my head as I slowly turned. Plans for battle flitted through my head as I tried my best to relax my muscles. Calm. Calm. Calm. "Why should I give you that information? I do intend to leave here alive, so i fyou were planning to deplete a few of the clan's cat numbers, that will unfortunately not be happening." I searched the cat's face with cold, ana1ytical eyes. |

Pumpkin "I didn't mean.. I don't want to hurt anyone-" he said blinking, then smiled, "Clan?... You're a clan cat?" The orange tom blinked again, "I don't want to hurt your clan, I want to learn about them, they seem interesting, you know?"
