It was a cold and frosty morning when Cinnamonkit first dared to stick his nose outside the nursery.
He almost recoiled at first, not used to the freezing weather on his thin kitten pelt, but curiosity made him bolder. Attempting to ignore the chill, the youngster fully emerged from the den and stared around in wonder.
There were so many cats! And all of them were his Clanmates? Would they talk to him, perhaps? Cinnamon hoped so - he wasn't too certain about approaching them but he did want to meet some new friends. His fellow nursery-dwellers had never talked to him much. Shivering slightly due to a combination of cold and apprehension, he sat down outside the den and began to wait.

Sunfish padded outside of the warriors den, shivering as he walked away from the warmth. He yawned, stretching. The tabby tomcat was about to pad over to he fresh kill pile when he spotted a kit by the nursery den. It was sitting alone outside and the tomcat cocked his head. He gave a small smile, heading for the fresh kill pile once more and grabbed a trout. He wandered over to the kitten and dropped the trout.
"Hello kit." He greeted with a small flick of his tail. "Every tried fish before?" He remembered his first time having fish. He liked it a lot better than most of the other prey like mice or birds. But of course that was typical for an IceClanner.

Having dropped his gaze to his paws, the young tom was almost startled by the approach of another cat and quickly looked up… and up… and up. Wow. He hadn't realized how big the warriors were! Cinnamonkit shifted a little self-consciously, hoping that he'd grow by the time he was apprentice-aged. There wasn't much time for introspection, however; he tripped over his own words a bit as he hurried to answer Sunfish.
"Er - hi! I haven't had any real prey yet," he admitted. "It looks tasty though." After a hesitation, he realized he hadn't introduced himself and winced. "Um, I'm Cinnamonkit. Nice to meet you, mister… warrior."

we are falling... falling through the little gaps in time , my love The sun was just starting to shine as Rosekit rose from her place in the nursery and ventured outside. The sun warmed the frosty air just a touch and the small black kit let the heat soak into her dark pelt. Swinging her head around, she searched the cam with her purpleish-blue eyes. The morning was somewhat clam and Rosekit enjoyed the schedule like formation the warriors took on each morning. She watched the mentors and apprentices leave for lessons, hoping soon to join their ranks.
But as for then, she was still a kit, and she wanted to embrace what time she had left of it. Once she left kit-hood, she could not return, and somehow, her tiny mind seemed to grasp that. With a hop, she scurried around the nursery and then ventured outside, colliding with a big body that sent her hitting the ground, hard. Ouch!
"Great CloudClan, I'm sorry!" She rushed to say before noticing who exactly she bumped into and looked up.
It was just her luck to happen to run into the biggest warrior she had ever met. A little fear ran down her spine as she observed the other cat. It was then she noticed another scared looking kit and felt a tiny bit better.
"I really am sorry..." She said in a small voice.
