"Just Swirlpaw. There was a warrior long time ago named Phantomspirit who was also blind that became a warrior then. I don't know any others who have been blind except, well you know elders due to old age." Windswirl looked to Spruceclaw,"We'll be reaching that time one day aha."
"Like training her, it's kind of a little different. But than again, it's really not.. I guess complicated?"
She really didn't know how to put it into words,"She'll be a warrior once training is done." She said with a smile.

Spruceclaw laughed with windswirl he didn't want to become old and blind but he too would be there someday. "Yeah dogpaws about to take his assesment. i don't know who's more excited me or him." he mewed with a chuckle. "I mean i probably won't get so excited in the future but this will be my first apprentice." he mewed with a smile."I've tried to pass on everything dapplecloud taught me. i can only hope hell be a better warrior than i could ever hope to be. actually I've noticed that apprentices seem to be a little better than their mentors because our apprentices get the skills of not only us but the ones passed on by our mentors and their mentors before them." he mewed.

"Right you are!" She said agreeingly, with what he said about being a better warrior she was kind of confused,"What makes you doubt yourself that your not a good warrior?" She asked but than nodded again saying,"That's how things have been for generations." She said smiling,"And congrads on her upcoming assessment!"

"Oh i don't. i know I'm the best." He mewed with a smug, cocky grin. "I just want him to be better." He mewed "I'm sure he'd thank you for it." He mewed "I'm sure your apprentice will be a great warrior." He mewed.

"It was a little boring. All i did was talk to a treeclan apprentice. of course i was an apprentice too when the last gathering came around. the leaders just talked about normal business." He mewed.
