Sandstone was pulled awake by the feeling of something cold. She rose slowly to her paws in attempts not to wake her sleeping mate. He looked so peaceful, it'd be a crime to wake up her love. She smiled and then padded out of the warriors den and felt the feeling of cold prod her again. She sniffed the air and to her surprise, there was a snow storm brewing in Iceclans direction. "Figures." She muttered. Honestly she hated snow. Though she knew it was coming.
She quickly scurried over to the prey pile like a lost kit and pick a large rat and scurried away. She ended up near the Warriors den once again. She could hear the sounds of Warriors sleeping and then waking.
Suddenly a cold wind blew and hit her pelt making her ultimately shiver. She should go into the warriors den but decided that would not be the best because she'd wake all the warriors. So she decided that she'd grab some of the fresh yet old moss and build a make shift den. It was warm and cozy. Suddenly she felt she was being watched. Not just by Starclan but by another cat. "Come out! I can sense you there so you might as well plop down and share this large rat with me." She yelled softly.

Mistykit blinked as the warm sunlight entered the nursery Ah,I woke up the little she kit thought with a yawn.She looked around hoping that someone would be awake I wanted someone to play with but it's too early I guess...What should I do?Sleep again? She tried and tried to sleep again for some time,however she quickly ran out of patience Argh!I can't sleep again at all! "Well..." Mistykit glanced towards the nursery's entrance "The queens usually say that kits can't stay much time in the cold...Errr,but a short walk won't do any harm right?" she nodded to herself,decided to go outside.
The She kit walked clumsly through the entrance.Mistykit shivered when the chilly breeze blew her fluffy kit fur "Brrr,it's so cold here.But I'm sure that I'll find something to do!" the blue gray tabby kit said cheerfully and started to walk around,hoping to find a lost mossball or something like that."There!" Mistykit squeaked when she saw a piece of moss.She was just about to grab it when a she cat suddenly appeared Oh no!She can't see me!And it's too far away to go back to the nursery in time...I need to hide! Mistykit thought,hiding quickly behind a rock.
However the warrior noticed that she was there She is a warrior,she'll find me eventually.I should give up... Mistykit showed up "Errrr...Hi?" she said flicking her tail

Sandstone saw it was only a young kit who had hidden behind a rock. "Sorry for yelling." She apologized. "Hello. I'm Sandstone,who might you be?" She formally introduced herself with a dip of her head. She smiled softly feeling her stomach growl as hungar growled at her.
She quick to a bite of prey from the rat. "What are you doing outside the nursery, its cold out side." She asked.

Woah!She is soooooo big! Mistykit thought."I'm Mistykit,the daughter of Brackensky!" the little blue gray tabby said proudly flicking her plumy tail.She was really proud of her mother,maybe she wasn't the most beautiful or talented she cat in the world,but for Mistykit she was the best.Mistykit looked with interest at Sandstone's prey I've never eaten solid food before...Is it good? she thought.
Her gaze turned to Sandstone "Ah,I just didn't know what to do because wasn't sleepy and couldn't find anyone to play with me...It wasn't a good idea to play outside maybe?"

"Ah Brackensky a good cat. My mother was Sandleaf." She said since they were on the topic of mothers. She then smiled at the kit. "Well in Leaf bare its not the best but who am I kidding. I went out during leaf bare when I was a kit too." She laughed.
She remembered the deputy telling her to go in but she never did. Mistykit reminded her of herself as a kitten.

Mistykit was relieved to hear that Sandstone wasn't angry with her Maybe... "Sandstone,Sandstone!Can you play clans with me?Pleaaaaaaaase!I promise that I'll give you a nice position....you could be my deputy!Yes,my loyal and talented deputy Sandstone!" The blue gray tabby mewed with excitment "Pleaaaaaaase!" She begged the warrior "I really want to play!"

Sandstone smiled and nodded. "Of course Mistystar." She dipped her headed to the 'leader'. She loved this game so much as a kit, it made her feel happy just to be enjoy what used to be kit hood for her which seemed like she'd never see it again.

'Mistystar' was happy to see that the sand-colored warrior was gong to play with her.The she kit nodded and tried to make a mature voice,just like how the warriors and Cloverstar did."Well my dear deputy Sandstone,as you know,we are in the middle of Leafbare,what means that we can't find much prey out there.The freshkill pile is low,so I would like to take my best hunter,you,to hunt with me.And I think that we should take..." Mistykit looked around for a moment but quickly found her 'warriors' "Featherwing and Stickfang" she said pointing with her white paw towards a stick and a dove feather "Shall we go Sandstone?We are going to the Sun Rocks" 'Mistystar' said pointing towards a rock near to the medicine cat's entrance "Come on!" She said,now with Mistykit's real voice,rushing towards the 'Sun Rocks'
