Bravekit had some odd habits. Staring at random kits from all the way across the nursery with a blank face is one of them. Right then, he was watching a orange she-cat from a distance. Cats sure are odd creatures, he concluded. He was laying on his paws, his eyes half open as his olive eyes stared unblinkingly. Skypaw

And of course, Skykit was also one to, observe, clan life. When she noticed another kitten, whose gaze was trained blankly upon her. She merely met his gaze equally, piercing green narrowing to show little interest. Her tail tip was flickering contemptuously as though daring the other to approach her. To be honest, she'd probably greet him with an equal dip of her head, and expect an even gesture in return. Much like herself, this feline didn't seem very talkative, and so her view was that they might even get along. The kitten, or more apprentice aged feline of warrior maturity to be exact. Was currently curled in a sunny area of the den, allowing it to warm her pelt and caused it to glow like a sole flame. Her head was raised and searching gaze unblinking, as though figuring out the other kitten through mere eye contact.
(I think they'll get along well. Don't you? XD Edit: Either that or always be silently scrutinising each other. <3)

Bravekit was surprised to see that he had now entered a staring contest with the cat he had been observing, most kits would just walk away. He got up and approached the she-cat. "Greetings," his monotone voice greeted.
((I thought Skykit was going to be another energetic kit, to be honest. I feel like they would just some sort of mutual respect because they both think they more mature than their peers))

(Hehe, energetic? Far from!) After a few moments of an apparent staring contest, the she-kit blinked slowly as the other approached, greeting her almost boredom. This perked her interest slightly, but she just passed it off and bowed her head equally in response, twitching her ears to show the slightest interest, but clearly she didn't hold much. She'd began to get used to rowdy kittens always playing around and chattering. It was new to have only heard one word so far. However, she deemed the other worthy of her dialogue, however meagre. "Greetings. I am Skykit." she mewed evenly, not really bothering to state her parents. Being the daughter of the clan deputy and his mate, most knew who she was.

Bravekit nodded and flicked his tail. "I am Bravekit," he replied, matching the she-cat's tone. his ears didn't twitch and his eyes didn't flicker as he seemed to stare into as well as at this acquaintance.

Skykit was aware that this was a nice change in her mind. Yet in the same sense, it was not. In fact, she was beginning to have mixed feelings about the whole ordeal as he just seemed too much like her. To the point of which it was almost unsettling. She wasn't sure what it was about it, but his lack of words and almost staring into her, or perhaps even through her, just felt unnatural. Was this how she made others feel? Was her behaviour, wrong? She passed off the though, of course not. It was just who she was. Those who minded it don't matter, yet if they matter, they wouldn't mind. As Bravekit greeted her,Nashe offered the slightest incline of the head as a sort of nod. Though there was little effort put into it, and she'd ended in falling silent once more as a sort of safety net.

Bravekit's stiff posture calmed and he sat down in front of the kit in front of him. Usually, the other kits would strike up a conversation immediately, but this was not a conversation, this was silence.
Bravekit half closed his eyes as he gazed into Skykit, as if into her soul. His tail thrashed, signaling his thoughts colliding. Should I be nice? to one cat before I fade away from people's memories after I die. She is like me, cold and emotionless, however, for reasons I'm sure aren't like mine. His whiskers twitched as he pondered his word choice.
