Gingerfang hurried through the strange land. The two dogs behind her barked louder as they got closer.
" Foxdung! How do I lose these mutts? They're not very smart. Maybe..." She leaped over a rock as she got closer to Twoleg Place. Just the right timing. She skidded to a stop in front of the fence. Her amber eyes gleamed as they grew closer. Anger got the best of her. Again.
" Come get me you mouse-brained mutts!" She yowled. The two dogs snarled as they got closer. Finally. Gingerfang pounced out of the way, turning in time to see them bash their muzzles into the fence. The ginger tabby turned and dashed up a tree. She panted as she watched them look around. They seemed confused. Good. She jumped down the tree and ran through the forest. It was a little chilly to her but she ignored the fact she needed warmth. If I find anymore dogs or foxes around here I'll tear them apart. She thought. Gingerfang continued through the forest, starting to slow down. She still couldn't believe her mother ever left her own clan. Her mother never told her what clan she was in. Or why she left. She only gave her and her litter mates warrior names to help her remember she was a warrior. She told stories of how she won battles and caught her first prey as an apprentice. She sounded like an Iceclan cat to her. Whatever, Gingerfang. What's done is done. Nothing matters more then finding a clan. I'm not too good on my own. And I know that. Judging by the fact I had to have a loner's help getting me better last Leaf-bare. The ginger tabby sighed then continued on. She had no idea where she was going. Or what clan she was going to join. Hopefully it would mean she wouldn't be alone any longer.
" Stay strong, Gingerfang. Just stay strong," she whispered to herself.
