Singing in the rain...~open~

[Sunkit]

Okay, so he was more dancing than singing, or more like bounding about like a crazy rabbit on a high, but it was still in the rain. Little Sunkit's tail flickered in amusement as he bounded from puddle to puddle. His pelt was all ready soaked through, and his eyes squinted to avoid getting rain in them. Skidding to a halt in the center of the arena, he laughed slightly as the puddle soared up and arced out to the side. His eyes fell closed as he rose his head to point his nose skyward, opening his mouth to allow rain droplets to fall into his open maw and cascade down his thought. Okay, so nearing the end of leaf-bare, he should be wishing for New-leaf sun, rather than prancing around in New-lead rain. But hey, fun's fun, no matter the weather. His tail twitched, and it almost seemed an indication as he spotted another cat approaching him. He instantly lowered his head and shook out his pelt, despite the fact that it was still raining, and he still stood knee deep in a rain water puddle. "Good afternoon!" her greeted, twitching his ears and grinning at the other, his sodden fur soaked through even worse than before. Though he seemingly had yet to notice.

Finchkit purred in amusement as she watched her brother. "Hello Sunkit." she smiled. "Mind if I join you?" Finchkit meowed.

"Go ahead Finchkit, don't mind at all" he offered his other sister a toothy grin before bounding around again, pausing beside another puddle and dropping into a hunting crouch. Flickering his tail in excitement and amusement, he crept forward, around one puddle and toward the other. Just as he'd expected, the drifting leaf landed directly in the center. Pausing almost at the rim, he wiggled his rump before powering forward and landing with a huge splash in the puddle, rain cascading all around him. "This one's deeper than I remember" he decided, shredding the lead with his claws before shaking out his pelt and bounding off again to be weirder still.

Finchkit smirked and crouched before leaping into a puddle. The light brown tabby came out soaking wet. Finchkit gave her pelt a shake before crouching again

Shaking out his pelt again, he rose his chin toward the cascading rain before spotting his sister crouching a second time out the corner of his eyes. Dropping into a crouch, he stalked toward the small tabby she-kit on careful paws, avoiding puddles as he crept up behind her. Pausing, he flicked his tail and bunched his muscles before he sprang forward to bowl her into the puddle.
