(Spruceclaw i'm so sorry for letting the other thread die, but i started up a new assessment thread so i don't bump a thread that's two months old. i believe we can start where we left off?)
Dogpaw glanced up at Spruceclaw, his heart drumming a steady beat against his sternum. The sea-color of his eyes were sharp, and his posture was straight as a rod. He sought out instruction from his mentor. Perhaps Spruceclaw would have him hunt first then spar later on. Dogpaw ignored the dull throb on his flank because of his old injury.
