Crevice paw had woken up early to train her apprentice. She stepped out of the den and headed towards where Dreampaw slept. "Dreampaw training. Grab something to eat"

(Alrighty!)
Dreampaw woke up, stretching. The morning air was nice and cool. She finally remembered to groom herself before going outside to save her from embarassment. But, there probably wouldn't be too many cats out, right? Going to the fresh-kill pile, she picked out a fish.

Crevicefrost smiled as her apprentice emerged from the den. "Good morning Dreampaw, Today we will be doing battle training and then shortly after that an assessment" she meowed waiting for her to finish the fish. "Once you have finished eating we can go"

Dreampaw nodded. After eating the fish, she padded over to the entrance/exit. She waited for her mentor to go out of the camp.

Crevicefrost led the way into the territory hoping to find a good place to practice battle training. "Ok attack me with claws sheathed" she told her apprentice. Crevicefrost crouched her eyes locked on Dreampaw. The warrior waited for an attack

Dreampaw tightened her muscules. Battle crouches were different form hunting crouches. She adjusted her crouch, making it different from a regular hunting crouch. She leaped at her mentor, moving surprising swiftly through the air.

Crevicefrost was ready for her apprentice's move. As Dreampaw landed she attempted to shake her
off "Remember your smaller and faster than I am. Use that as your advantage"

Dreampaw heard what Crevicelight said but didn't acknowlage it. She leaped off of Crevicelight with the same speed as before, with a rather quick recovery. Leaping on Crevicelight again, she aimed for the neck, which she was going to attack with a soft, harmless bite. More of a nip, really.

Crevicefrost crouched again waiting for Dreampaw's next move. Another leap. Crevicefrost felt teeth nip her neck softly. The she-cat shock her off again and then attempted aim a a blow at her apprentice claws shealted.

Dreampaw felt a paw hit her shoulder. She then ducked under Crevicefrost to make her flip on her back, or at least get a blow on her other side. She attempted to flip Crevicefrost over by using her hind paws on Crevicefrost's belly, but that failed to flip her over, so she, after making a swift recovery, batted at Crevicefrost's side, with claws seathed, of course.

Crevicefrost felt paws hit her sides. The warrior dashed around her apprentice attempting to aim a blow at her ears. She missed but then attempted to try again.

Dreampaw barely avoided Crevicefrost's paw. She then slammed her body against Crevicefrost's side to get her on her belly.

Crevicefrost tried to keep her balance as Dreampaw slammed herself against her. The warrior crouched and waited for her apprentices next attack.

Dreampaw leaped on Crevicelight, in an attempt to unbalance her. She batted at Crevicelight's legs.

Crevicefrost' legswere being batted. The mackerel brown tabby leaped away and then attempted to aim a blow at the side of her apprentice's face claws shealthed.
