Flintkit opened his eyes and let out a groan. The sun shined through the nursery exit and it hit him right in the eyes. The young kit rolled over and hid his eyes in Heavykit 's fur. |

Heavykit was dreaming when his brother rolled over and hid his face in his fur. Heavykit opened one eye, which felt like way too much work. He grumbled under his breath and pushed Flintkit away. "Geh aweh.." He mumbled, curling into a ball to hide from the sun.

Flintkit was fully awake when he was pushed off. "Hey!" His long fur fluffed out in frustration and he rose to his feet. "If I have to wake up, so do you!" Flintkit flopped onto his curled brother and playfully went limp so that all of his weight would be on Heavykit.
