RiverShade sat on the outside of there temporarily named home. Flashes of the tradgity ran through her head like fithy water... She felt heat come to her face as the events sank in.. it was gone. Family hurt friends dead, home nothing more than destroyed ruble. Bitter thoughts ran through her as a kitten she had loved the snow, the irony one of the things she held most dear is what destroyed them. She wanted to cry but new it wasn't an option. She lifted her head as the sound of paws gained her attention spotting a familar pelt she felt horrible, "Dappledleaf"

(whoops, i swear i replied to this)
Dappledleaf quickly noticed the unhappy expression on Rivershade's face as she approached. Being a queen, she'd grown used to understanding and talking to other cats. She had a tendency to worry excessively, from kits to leaders, the range reaching all cats in the clan. It was the burden of a queen, but also her duty. It might've sounded cheesy or odd to other cats, but to her it was true nature; she knew nothing else.
"Hello, Rivershade." she greeted with an unfazed expression, showing nothing but sympathy. She knew some cats detested weakness, sympathy and feeling were weaknesses to many cats; attatchments. "What's troubling you?" she asked, even though the answer was evident. She assumed it would be a long talk, so she sat down and curled her long tail around her small paws before redirecting her full attention to Rivershade.
