Thicket tasted the air for any fresh prey scents. The long furred she-cat had detected a small bird near. Thicket mouth watered from the scent as she crouched. Careful not to make a sound, Thicket stalked her prey taking light steps. The she-cat launched herself into the air unleashing her claws and snatching the bird. Thicket landed on the ground with a dead bird under her claws

"Impressive," Lily nodded, watching the she-cat. He'd had his eyes on the bird for some time, but had been more interested in who it might attract, than catching it himself. "You're Thicket." It wasn't phrased as a question. Lily stood and swept towards the she-cat, looking over the first member to join his gang. "Interesting."

Thicket's eyes fixed on the other cat. The long-furred she-cat figured that this cat was Lily one of the leaders of the group. Thicket shealthed her claws and lifted her paw off the bird. "Do you want it?" The stray asked. Thicket looked at the Tom and waited for an answer.

Lily snorted at the offer, giving the prey a bemused glance. "Not at all." He replied honestly. He never took prey from others, particularly not from one of his followers. His pride was one of his greatest flaws, as was his scepticism. "You eat it, or give it to someone who can't hibt," he instructed with a shake of his head. "Why did you offer? To be polite? Or do I intimidate you?"

Thicket looked at the Tom and started to speak. "I was just being polite." She replied. "Was it wrong for me to ask?" Thicket murmured. The stray was not hungry right now so she buried the dead bird and scraped earth on it. The young she-cat waited for a reply

serenity is not stillness. ● ● ● ● but peace within a raging storm and the serendipity that can be found within the storm "That depends on who you ask," Lily replied with a disinterested shrug. "I'm not here to instruct you on trivial matters like that." Perhaps some stronger moral dilemmas, yes. but not that. Finally, deciding he had perhaps been too harsh, Lily sighed. "I prefer to catch my own prey," he explained. "You did nothing wrong." @ tag # # # notes MADE BY VEL OF GS + ADOX 2.0

Thicket gave her pelt a quick shake. Good I did nothing wrong then. Thicket did not know what else to talk about, in fact she was kinda nervous talking to one of the leaders of the group. Lily seemed friendly enough. What else does he want to ask me or tell me? Thicket had no idea what to say infront of the leader
