|| Stormpaw ||
Hailpaw was finishing up her squirrel, gnawing on the end of a bone. It was a pointless task, but there was nothing else to do. Sighing, the she-cat pushed the remains away and sat up. 'I wish I had something to do...'

Stormpaw rose in her nest, yawned and looked around. Her pelt bristled in panic for a brief moment until she remembered that she no longer slept in the nursery. She looked to her left and saw Hailpaw. The fluffy shecat swayed her tail in greeting and padded over, her fur stuck messily after her sleep.

Hailpaw perked her ears as the sound of pawsteps came near. She sniffed the air, a smile soon appearing on her muzzle. "Hello Stormpaw. What are you up to?" She hoped her nose was correct, or else she just called some random cat 'Stormpaw'.

"Oh hello there, Hailpaw! I'm just waitin around for this humidity to go away, you?" She answered, turning to lick down some of her scruffy, knotted pelt. Humidity made her fur poof out like a knotty, clumpy, matted cloud. Stormpaw turned back to Hailpaw while she answered, to not look rude, grooming while in a conversation.

Hailpaw purred, happy that her guess was right. "Same here. I'm bored to tears." She tilted her head. "Do you know of anything fun we could do?" Hailpaw was fresh out of ideas. 'I hope Stormpaw knows something we could play. I haven't played a game in ages.'

"Um sure, how about mossball? I have training at some point and want to keep my pelt in tact at least until then." She purred in amusement, still mildly irritated that she had to sit through another humid day. Spring just wasn't her thing.

"Sure. Do you see any moss nearby? We could probably find a used ball if you want." She gave a slight shrug. It'd been a long time since she'd played moss-ball, so this would be fun. She sniffed the air for moss, trying her best to help out.
