Lilykit stepped out of the nursery her pale blue eyes scanning the camp. The small gray and white kitten padded towards the fresh kill pile. Her eyes fixed on a plump vole at the top of the pile. There's no way I can jump that high. Lilykit walked away slowly from the fresh kill pile her belly grumbling. The gray and white kit's eyes fixed on the warriors den. I'll get in trouble if I go in. Lilykit sighed. But then she spotted a bigger cat. Lilykit shivered. "Hello?"

Well, at least the weather is getting better; the former loner thought to himself, sitting on the edge of the camp while he watched his clanmates chatter and share tongues without him. Hailpaw was no where in sight, maybe she was training or something social. His blind sister was quite the social butterfly, warming up to cats right off the bat when they had first arrived here. He admired that quality.
Feeling a bit hungry and having nothing better to do with himself Webpaw padded softly over to the freshkill pile, selecting a mouse from the fresher side of the pile. Although he almost ended up tripping over a younger cat, a kit to be stated more clearly as he turned around.
"Eh, hi." The orange tabby mewed through a mouthful of fur. "Can I help you?"

Lilykit looked up at the older cat. He looked apprentice aged. She had never met an apprentice before. "Who are you?" the gray and white kitten asked her blue eyes showing curiosity. Lilykit looked at the fresh kill pile her eyes fixing on the vole. The gray and white she-cat looked back at the apprentice. "Could you help me get that vole from the top of the fresh kill pile please" she asked

Webpaw looked from the vole, back to the kit, to the vole again, then back to the kit; the mouse he had picked out still in his jaws the entire time. Sighing he dropped his eyes and set the mouse down, turning around and pulling the vole from the top of the pile of rodents and the occasional bird. The turning back the kit he gently laid it down in front of the tiny she-cat and nodded off to her, returning to his own meal as he started to walk away before he stopped again. Craning his neck he looked back at the she-cat and mewed through a mouthful of fur, "Webpaw by the way."
The orange tabby then preceeded to find a shaded spot in the camp and laid down to gnaw on the mouse. Taking a savory bite he looked up again and noticed the kit still standing there. Then, sighing once more he cocked his head and motioned for her to join him.

Lilykit looked at the apprentice gratefully. "Thank you so much" the gray and white she-kit mewed before beginning to gulp down her meal. We paw is a cool name. The gray and white she-kit thought. She followed him to the shady spot where he began to enjoy his mouse. "So how how have you been an apprentice for?"
Sorry for the late reply

The orange tabby took a quick bite of the mouse before he turned his attention back to the she-kit, swallowing slowly and meeting her with his icy-blue gaze. "I've been an apprentice for awhile now, although my kin is actually becoming a warrior soon..." He trailed, looking away now and realizing how fast his blind sister was growing up. Hailpaw was a quick learner, he knew this. Webpaw just wished he wouldn't let his stubbornness get in the way of his own training.
"What about you, you got a name?" Webpaw mewed, keeping his eyes trained on the camp around him?
