She smiled when he licked her head, even though she knew it was most likely a friendly gesture. When he spoke of them being friends she nodded in agreement. Yeah, we can definitely be friends. She replied happily. Wolfpaw was officially her main friend right now since her other friends were of training or her friends who were warriors were off train in & hunting. She was happy she had a good friend like him.
She twitched her ear then to the silence that then occurred. She wasn't sute what they should do. So... what should we do now? She asked a little hopeless when it came to coming up with ideas.

"Perfect." He purred, wrapping his tail over his paws again. They seemed to spiral into another stretch of silence. He flicked an ear once she spoke up. "What do you want to do?" Wolfpaw asked, watching her as he waited for a reply.
It was nice to have an apprentice friend again. Besides Woollykit, all of his friends had gone missing. He cleared his throat, thinking of things that they could do. They could play a game, go for a walk, hunt... He was about to suggest some ideas, though wasn't entirely sure what Icepaw wanted. "Well, what's a pretty she-cat like you do for fun?"

Icepaw wasn't entirely sure what they should do. When he call her pretty she couldn't help but blush and lower her head a little. He was the only cat that had ever made her blush, so congrats to him. Maybe we could go for a walk. She suggested unsure. She didn't know what they could do exactly. In Iceclans old home she would always suggest swimming but of course where they were there wasn't a pond or creek to swim in. Maybe we'll think of another thing to do while we walk. She meowed rising to her paws looked at him with a smile.

"Sounds good." He answered, standing up. He looked around, trying to remember which direction lead where. He'd never gotten the chance to explore much. Maybe now he could. Wolfpaw padded forward, paws taking him to the left. He recalled passing a meadow a few sunrises ago. Maybe they could go trek through that.
"There's a meadow not too far away. Unless you'd like to go somewhere else?" Wolfpaw looked back at her, not wanting to do something she didn't want to.

We can go to the meadow. She meowed happily quickly padding to be walking at the same speed as him. She didn't mind what they did, as long as she was hanging out with Wolfpaw. Her tail was held high with happiness and the smile that was on her face showed the same thing. Life was good. Even though she misses home, this was still better then sitting in the camp doing nothing.
She wondered what she would do after she became a warrior. So she asked Wolf the same. what do you plan on doing when you become a warrior?

Wolfpaw walked by her side, occasionally taking a turn or a leap. He shrugged at the question. "Not sure. I don't really think about the future much." He answered honestly. Many cats were focused on what would happen next, though Wolfpaw realized that living in the moment had many benefits. The biggest was that made you feel more alive. He took a glance at her. "It might be fun to train an apprentice, though. What do you plan on doing?" He wondered if she had any big plans.

She shrugged herself. She wasn't sure what she would do in the future. Be the best warrior I can be, train apprentices and just do what I was born to do. She replied honestly taking a leap to catch up with him and then a quick turn. So many of her friends were saying they'd settle down with a mate a go on from there. On her paw she wasn't like that. She might have a mate but most likely would mot get distracted by them.
She looked up at the sky and saw a sunset. It was beautiful. The sunset is breathtaking. Gorgeous!

He smiled at the answer. "And you'll do great at that." He knew it was true. She seemed very smart. The apprentice trotted along, slowing to a stop when the grass around them became taller and there weren't as many trees. Wolfpaw padded up a small hill and sat down, making sure there was enough room for his friend.
He looked up at the sky once she spoke. His pupils grew wide in amazement. "Definitely. It makes the sky look beautiful." He noted, seeing how the blue faded to pinks and oranges as it got closer to the sun. "Kind of like you."

Icepaw went full on blush and looked down after finding the place next to him. She looked up to Wolfpaw and smiled in reply. Thank you Wolfpaw. She smiled looking back up to the sunset. All she could think of now was the apprentice besides her. Her pale blue eyes were glistening with joy as she thought about Wolfpaw. Wait...Icepaw, you have a...a crush...on him? She heard her mind speak in shock. He was a nice, sweet and handsome cat, but she never thought this would happen. Wait for him to tell you. She thought quickly.
This is a beautiful spot with an amazing veiw. She then spoke looking around seeing the grassy feild around them.

Wolfpaw didn't say anything as she thanked him. She was a pretty looking cat and he wanted her to know that. 'Not to mention nice... Calm...' The tom flinched a little. He hadn't felt this way in a while, and he hardly knew what it meant. 'I think I like her...' He shoved the thought away. That would never happen.
"Yeah. I bet the farm cats really enjoy this field." He responded, referring to the cats that had lived here before they arrived. This was definitely a nice viewing area. It had to be a popular lounging spot. He looked around, wondering if anyone was near. Not finding a trace of fur, he turned his attention back to the sky.

Yea I must be. She sniffed the air and only smelt faint loner scent. She mainly smelt Wolfpaw and her scent, which made sense of course because they are sitting right here. Her paws tingled as she went deep in thought her tail going off her paws and going flat on the ground behind her. Thoughts swarmed her head. Not just about Wolfpaw, but about the future. What would happen to her when's she's older? Only Cloudclan knows. She thought quickly kicking out the rest of her thoughts.
She looked up at Wolfpaw and saw the sunset shinning off his pelt. His fur looked amazing, and a soft breeze had made it look magical. She looked at her own and saw a little splash of mud, she liked her chest fur quickly hoping to get the mud off. She didn't remember stepping in mud, maybe she got it when she first rain into Wolfpaw. That could be a possibility.
She then realized it was hopeless to try getting the stain out of her fur. She was just making it worse.

Wolfpaw looked over, hearing the sound of tongue rasps. It looked like she was having a hard time getting some mud off her fur. He glanced at the sky. The sun was almost gone. "It'll be getting dark soon. Maybe we can find a puddle on the way back." He said, standing up and trying to give her a nudge. "Don't even worry about it. I didn't even notice it." 'Look at that. She can get mud on herself and still be perfect.'
He faced the direction of the barn, feeling the warmth of the sun on his pelt. His shadow stretched before him, and of course it was way bigger than he actually was. 'Shadows are weird.' He thought, waiting for Icepaw and only padding off when she was ready. He padded in the same direction they came, hoping to spot a puddle for two at the farmhouse. There was bound to be a few.

She nodded anf followed him. Happy he didn't notice the mud, she gave up as he suggested they head home. It was getting dark amd she'd have to find a new place ti sleep. Another apprentice had taken hers so she would have to spend a few on that. "Yeah. Hope we can find a puddle." She meowed hopefully with hope that she would get the mud off.
As they began to pad home she started to worry. She hadn't gotten to see a puddle. Did they all dry out? "I don't think there are any." She said sadly lowering her head.

He frowned as she lowered her head. "Is it really bothering you that much?" He asked, leaning closer and getting a better look at the stain. "Come on, Icepaw. I'll help you find a puddle." He promised, smile reappearing as he bounded ahead.
Wolfpaw circled the barn, finding a small puddle next to a stack of hay. It looked like water had dripped into it from the barn's roof, considering it was partly undercover and would be a little harder for rain to get to it. He looked around for Icepaw, hoping this would work. "Is this okay?"

Icepaw nodded following Wolfpaw. "Ok." She said softly trying to sound positive. Quickly after circling the barn, the spotted a puddle. "That should work." She meowed and at first splashed a little onto the stain, then lowering herself so the front of her body was in water. She smiled happily when she started noticing the stain disappearing.
Finally after a few more moments the stain was gone. She got out going back ober to him. "Thank you." She smiled happily. He was like a hero to her. The hero that saved her pelt.
