[Patch]

Patch had been hanging out at the barn, her curiosity, along with her friend Riverpaw, had lead her there. She saw him approach with another cat and scented Deathclan. "Hey, this your brother, or another friend?" She called, jumping from the ledge she was lying on.

Jude followed his older brother, sticking close to his side. He was a little nervous about meeting Patch. He waited as Riverpaw called out the name, eyes focusing on a she-cat as she came into view. "I'm his brother, Jude. You must be Patch."

[RiverPaw]

"I wanted you to meet Jude, he is my younger brother," he meowed making sure younger was included. "Patch Is also a Deathclan cat, incase you didn't notice." He meowed shortly after.

[Patch]

The she-cat narrowed her eyes, trying to see family resemblance between the two. She stopped and replied, "Ah, nice to meet you, Jude." She smiled and continued her search for resemblance before they responded.

"Patch is also a DeathClan cat, in case you didn't notice." Jude nodded. With a name like Patch, he had assumed that she wasn't from the clans. He averted his gaze from the feline, a little nervous as she stared at him through narrowed eyes. "Nice to meet you, too."

[RiverPaw]

"You seem a bit nervous." He said to his brother. He wanted his two friends to get along.

[Patch]

Patch watched as Jude looked away from her, but she shrugged and stopped. The she-cat curled her tail and stared at Riverpaw, "Is he ok...?" She asked, tilting her head.

[RiverPaw]

"I don't know, Jude you alright?" He asked his brother. Who seemed to be in trace kg some sort.

"What? I'm fine." He gave Riverpaw a reassuring nudge, then looked over at Patch once she spoke again. It wasn't that hard to look at her now, since she was staring at Riverpaw instead. "Is he okay...?"

That kind of got to him. "I just said that I'm fine. You would be nervous too if some older, more experienced cat was just staring at you!" Jude snapped, a little to his surprise. Normally he wouldn't have said anything to that. It looked like living in DeathClan had changed him after all. 'A little bit, at least.'

[RiverPaw]

"Actually I think Patch is younger than you but I'm not the older." He meowd in a big brother way.

[Patch]

Patch flinched back a little at Jude's response, making sense of it. "Oh... Sorry. But seriously, I dont see a family resemblance that stands out." She explained, huffing.

[RiverPaw]

"I'm pretty sure it's the short fur, I was just a bit different," he explained to his friend. Now that he thought about it he didn't look at all like his brother but that was fine, he was his brother.

Jude shrugged, looking down at himself and taking a glance at Riverpaw. "We have the same build." He noted, seeing how their structures were similar but had different pelt colors. "Though I think we each look more like one parent than the other."

[RiverPaw]

"True, but it doesn't matter he is my brother and I love him just the same." He meowed proudly. His brother was his brother.

[Patch]

Patch laughed awkwardly to herself as she was corrected. "Oh, yeah... I can say you both are lucky to have each other, not many loners have families." She said, smiling. She now did see something in the two brothers.
