Skykit sat quietly in the shade. A fine mist had started up, but she still dared not go out into the sun longer than to pick a piece of freash kill. If she did her pelt was so thick that it may literally burn off. She spotted her sister on the other side of the camp, and made her way a bit closer, but waited in the shade.

Lakekit was sitting alone, munching on a small mouse that had been caught earlier. Her icy blue eyes fixed on a cat with a pelt very falimilar. "Skykit!" The long-furred pale gray tabby exclaimed. "Come and join me" Lakekit invited her only sistert. The older kitten offered a small smile and then waited for her sister to pad over to her

Skykit smiled slightly and made her way closer to her sister along the shadows. "It's to hot in the sun." She explained. "A few minutes, even, makes it feel like I am burning up."

Lakekit nodded in agreement. It was a nit too hot outside. The pale gray tabby's long-fur only made her more hotter. She felt like she was going to explode. "Yeah. I wonder how the warriors hunt in this weather. The prey probably went to find shade in their burrows."

"Yeah, I bet. They just have to sit there infront of a river and pull out fish. Plus everything out there is probably trees." Skykit laughed.
