Foxbite limped into the warriors' den. He had spent time out in the territory longer then he usually did, because he wanted to exercise more. The tom felt like he hadn't been doing enough work lately. He plopped onto his nest with a sigh.

"Hey Foxy!" Flamewhisper yowled as she walked into the den. She had spotted her mate. "Guess who got another apprentice, his name is Thistlepaw," she said in her bubbly voice.

Foxbite gave her one of his rare smiles. She was usually the only one who had the blessing to see it. "Heh. You seem to attract the apprentices, isn't this your second one? Or your third? I honestly forgot." He meowed. Foxbite managed to prop himself up high enough to lick her cheek before plopping back down again.

"Second one you hair ball," she laughed. She nuzzles into her mates touch, it was good to feel her mates touch again. She had been hunting all day, since she was really good at it.
"So how's hunting doing?" She asked, as she happily laid down next to her mate.

Foxbite let out a long sigh about the thought of hunting. He still had so many problems with it because of his leg. He stuffed his face into his mate's flank. "I don't wanna talk about it." He said, muffled by the fur.

"Foxbite you're good at fighting!" She said quickly while running her tails along the back of her mate. Hoping it would sooth him, "and I'm good at hunting, it's a match made in Starclan." She said after a long pause.

"I'll give you that one." He purred. The tom flexed his hind claws into his nest for a moment, before relaxing them again. "I don't think that I've told you yet, but I'm an uncle now. Cloudskip has kits of her own." Foxbite meowed

"Does that mean I'm an aunt?!" She meowed excitedly! She was excited for Cloudskip, and her mate. She was hoping Foxbite would be nice to the kits.

"Nether do I but I'm pretty sure I am a aunt." She meowed Happily, in side she was a bit jealous. Kits seemed wonderful, and she was sure Foxbite would make a great father.

"I've met one of her kits, Volepaw. She seemed nice. If I didn't know she was Cloudskip's I wouldn't have been that nice to them, to be honest." He said, nuzzling his mate.
