"Freedom!" Talonpaw yowled as he tumbled form the apprentice den. Escaping the craziness going on in side. He had put on the gas to brake free and well was having a hard time with the brake! Attempting to skid to halt proved harder than anticipated as he was scent bowling straight into another feline. "ouch" he grumbled as he stepped away giving a quick apology he realized who he had just pancaked! If he had no fur he would have looked like a cherry.. Stammering with a worried expression. "I-I'm so S-sorry, Arrowstar"

It's not everyday you would get run over by a young cat screeching his head off. I was just padding around, checking the food pile and the dens when the cat ran into me. With bristling gray-brown fur, I turned to see who had run into me. It turned out to be one of the new apprentices I had recently given a ceremony to.
With a grunt and a shake, my fur lay flat once more, or as flat as it could be being as unruly as it was. "Be careful. I could have been an elder or a pregnant queen," I simply meowed, tail flicking behind me. "You're an apprentice."

He new he had messed up royally. After all he had come charging out of a den like a kit. To top it off well, he was getting lectured at the moment for running into the clans Deputy!
"Yes, of course. Dreadfully sorry again Sir." He didn't look at the ground like most scolded cats would infact he took the moment to get a good look at Arrow he had only ever heard of him until his ceremony. "yes I know, I'm sorry." he said it again. Knowing the sorry s weren't going to fix the fact he stopped. Shifting gears he tilted his head, "What's it like being a Detupy?" Couosity getting the better of him.

He repeated apologized to me, only what was expected of an apprentice, I suppose. With a sigh, I turned to return to whatever I had been doing previously when he questioned me about my job. I wasn't too surprised by the question. It was quite popular, especially among the younger generation of the clan. I guess they were looking to more power in their futures.
"It's like being an ordinary warrior with a little bit more responsibility," I answered. It wasn't a whole magical thing. It just meant I had more things to do and take care of as a deputy, keeping up with patrols and doing ceremonies a couple tasks left to me when Spiderstar himself didn't do them.

He gave a wide eyed expression. He wasn't a fan of power didn't even care for it all that much. However he new everyone looked up to leaders and deputy's.. why not learn why?
His smile twitched a bit he was amused. "Oh that's it?'kind of a let down.. he realized that might have sounded a bit rude, "Sorry, just a kit everyone made it seem like you had walked out of cloudclan it's self" he gave a sigh and laughed a little. "And as I have experienced first hand your plenty much real" he gave a goofy grin. Nope this male as defiantly not a ghost in fact the small tingle in his flank let him know that running into some bigger than your self wasn't the wisest thing.
