[Midnight]

It was dark and the black and white bob tail was staring at re sky. The sky was speckled with white stars like her pelt. Her violet eyes gazed upward.she was alone. She enjoyed that.

Castiel was watching the stars.

They glittered in the night sky, illuminating the darkness. He always thought it was a good symbol for hope. He was walking as he observed the constellations. As he returned his head back down so as to not crash into anything, he spotted a she-cat who was also stargazing. He stared with clear, blue eyes and cocked head.

[Midnight]

Midnight noticed him as well but pretend not to. She really was to shy to chat.

Castiel cocked his head to the other side.

Did she notice him or not? He thought he saw her eyes quickly dart there and back from him. However, he wasn't sure. It could've been a trick of the light... Or darkness. It wasn't as if he could see clearly in the dark, even with the starlight and moonlight assisting. He took a step forward. Perhaps she'd notice if he took care to not be stealthy.

[Midnight]

Well he was clearly expecting a hello "hello" she murmured shyly

Then came a soft greeting.

Castiel cocked his head and sat down where he stood, his tail curling around his paws in a partial loop. "Hello. I am Castiel."

[Midnight]

"I'm midnight she mumbled. She was evaluating this tom polite but not out going. Seems to have no friends.

Castiel thought the name fit her quite well.

"It's a lovely name..." He responded quietly. He wasn't lying. He truly thought that the name was a rather pretty name. Well... It was a more normal name. He wasn't sure where the names of his family came from. They were rather strange.

[Midnight]

All she could hope was that he wasn't hitting on her. " thanks"

Castiel nodded and moved his gaze back towards the sky.

"Beautiful... Isn't it?" He whispered. He always watched the night sky when it wasn't obscured by clouds.

[Midnight]

"sure is" she said through gritted teeth. She was trying very hard not to cringe.

Castiel looked back down at Midnight.

He cocked his head. "Is something wrong?"

[Midnight]

"no I'm perfectly fine" she sighed.

Castiel stopped to think for a moment.

"Then I am doing something that makes you uncomfortable." He stated, though it was still a question of sorts.

"look were a little young and I'm not really into toms I kinda am more into shecats soooo... Yha if your trying to seem older and attractive it's not gonna happen" she squeaked shyly.
