Pain Natalia knew of the friendship between Pain and Patch.Patch seemed to be the only cat aside from maybe Dove that Pain seemed to like. She wasn't sure why. She didn't dislike Patch, she thought Patch made for pleasant enough company. But she wasn't sure what made her stand out in Pain's eyes. Hm.Though, there was a bit of a problem. Her relationship with Pain was definitely negative. She didn't think Jude, who was her friend, attacking Patch, who was Pain's friend, would help bandage the hostility between the two Deathclan members.Now, honestly she had no interest in being brought into a hostile situation, but as luck would have it.... She ran into Pain anyways. She folded her ears back warily."Pain."

"good morning how are you" he asked. He didn't quite care. He was also aware she was Jude's friend. However she was on good terms with patch and he didn't mind her that much anymore. She was by far less of a brat.

Natalia shrugged.
"I'm alright." That was the truth. She was alive and breathing. That was alright. She was still... Feeling confused and hurt. All those emotions that had rammed into her with the force of a freight train when she was a little kit... They were coming back. Her brother brought them back.

She wasn't going to flat out tell him something personal. She and Pain were even farther from friendship than she and Patch were. "Just my past coming back to bite me."

Natalia accepted the answer.
She had no reason to suspect otherwise. "I imagine you chose your name, Pain. Unless your parents were psychopaths or otherwise diseased... I can't imagine why any cat would name their child 'Pain.'" It was true. Having a name like Pain was a bit... Weird.

"my mother never got to name me" he nodded "so yes deceased." he hated the name blackpaw he was black paw number three. He was normal an in unique not counting the scars of course.

Natalia didn't say anything.
She wasn't going to comment on Pain's dead mother or the fact that he misheard her. She'd said diseased, as in mentally ill. Not deceased as in dead. Oh well. "... My parents sucked. Not sure where they wandered off to, though."

"I'm pretty sure those weird siblings that joined Deathclan recently still have parents." She pointed out. She paused. "Have you met any of them?"
