There are more cats then I can count. Simply put. Though to be honest, I can't count all that high, and having only one moderately working eye certainly doesn't help. Though this particular indecency doesn't stop me from gaping in awe at the mass of cats milling around. The majority of these cats are bigger than me, be they apprentices or warriors. I'd be lying to say it wasn't intimidating, but I had to admit I preferred it that way. It gave me something to aspire towards. 'I'm gonna be big and strong, and the best hunter in the clan!' My one golden orb scans each cat one by one, not shying away from a single gaze as my own glitters with fascination. 'This is my family.' I grin ear to ear at the thought, showing off sharp little kitten fangs. My attention takes a lapse as I spot a feather fluttering towards the ground. I spring toward it, pouncing on it and catching the delicate item between my pristine white fore-paws, which are now covered in dry dust. I purr at my success and curl my tail in delight.
Lifting one paw from the ground, I whipped cream my head at the strange fact that the feather clung to it like a burr. confused, I shake my paw, and it flutters down before a gentle breeze snags it from the air and carries it away. "Hey! Where ya going?" I huff indignantly and bound after my feather, trying in multiple failed attempts to get it back. It's then that my blind eye betrays me, and with my blurry golden orb focused upon the stolen item, I don't notice the other cat until it's too late. My head collides into another cat, and I land on my rump with an 'oof!' Shaking my head, I scramble to my paws and try to meet the others gaze, which is awkward when only using one eyes. "Sorry! I didn't mean to get in your way." My hurried apology is followed by a disappointed 'awww' when I realize I'd lost track of my little 'friend.' "My feather..." I murmur disappointingly, lowering my head slightly, before realizing my drama queen self didn't actual care that much, so I instantly perk up. "I'm Flurrykit, what's your name?" I purr out in greeting, giving them a childish grin.
(If family, let's pretend she greeted them as such )
