The Rovers are a group of loners, kittypets, and rogues banding together to help each other survive. They are not a saint nor are they sinical. They have no real objective but do keep tabs on the events going on around the twolegplace, the plains and canyon. Whether they chose to intervene all depends on the member's themselves as The Rovers are a group but act often on their own. They meet frequently in the abandoned barns and some of them might even choose to house themselves there. The Rovers are a group centered around information, sort of a gossip group that keeps tabs on any and all things that go on. While they are a passive group it's not unheard of for them to either cause trouble or do good. They can often be called the robin hoods of the cat world as well.

The Lead: The leader is a rank that sort of keeps the group together. They do not have entire say over the lives of the group but rather help guide the members.
In Second: Much like the duty of the lead, they help especially when things get out of hand.
Informant: The key cats to the two leads, they keep tabs on what's going on and report it to the heads of the group.
Members: All cats who are in The Rovers. The backbone of the group.
