I slow from my bound as I reach the den, and peer around. Each nest has a lone scent, which is odd because I'm used to sharing a nest with my siblings and mama. I shiver at the thought of 'never again' and instead bring a smile to my face for the excitement of something new and something fun. Waving my tail, I Spring happily to where the moss is, and begin ripping it off with my claws. I hadn't really been taught how to do this, but I'd watched enough apprentices and even warriors to know what to do. Its a sufficient enough amount for a nest, about half the size of the one I'd been sharing with my siblings, maybe less. I gather it up, glad it's dry in this sunny whether, and bound back toward the den. I slow to a walk as I reach the den, I put my moss down in an empty space, away from the door so I'm out of the way. Twitching my ears, I think back to watching the apprentices do their chores, and set about pressing my moss into a round little nest with a comfortable dip in the middle.
Once finished, I take a step back and smile, admiring my work. I Personally think it's pretty good for my first try, and as I look around, it looks the same as all the other. I grin, not sure what else to do. Then I tilt my head and from. What am I supposed to do? I think back to my mentor, something about making new friends, and getting settle, maybe something else. I shrug, look around, and sit down on my nest. I sit there for a while, playing around with a bit of moss in an attempt to amuse myself. As a kit, you could just go over to some random kit and ask to play a game, as an apprentice...You do shores and wait for training, from what I can gather. I prick my ears at the sound of pawsteps, and my head shoots up. "Hi! I'm Flurry...paw. What's your name?" Okay. I'm really going to have to stop forgetting. That pause was only a minor half second hesitation, but it's not much better than getting it wrong.
(not a family member, I want her to meet a new kitty, someone she doesn't know yet.)

Silentpaw was rather tired from the day's work, from training to doing some small chores, it didn't seem like much, but to Silentpaw, it was the most tiring thing she'd ever do. She was ready to lie down and do nothing forever. But as soon as she entered the Apprentice's den, she saw a cat smaller than her greet her. The black she-cat immediately recognized the smaller cat from the ceremony from earlier in the day. She smiled awkwardly.
"Um... Hey! I'm Silentpaw..." Sli meowed, moving over towards her nest and sitting down. What should she even say? She didn't actually talk to many cats much. "... Um. Congrats on your name..?" She said, still smiling.
(Awkwardly slides in)

(*gives hug* yay a, new friend!)
I trill out a happy purr as the other apprentice replies. She looks quite tired, and I suddenly feel a little bad about stopping her from going to sleep. My guilt doesn't last long as the older feline introduces herself, and I grin. "Hey, you've got the same name as my little brother!" I announce, waving my tail slightly as my eyes glitter in amusement. The other slinks over to her nest and sits down. It's not far from my own, so I don't have to move from my position in my own nest. I then offer a slight frown, more to myself than the other feline. "He doesn't really talk though. I don't think he likes talking." I frown a little longer, then shrug and regain my happy-go-lucky smile.
"Thanks! I hope my mentor is as nice as he seemed today." Okay, so he seemed a little off at first, but after that he seemed pretty nice to me, and certainly happy to have a new apprentice. From my perspective, I'm certainly not his first, and I doubt I'll be his last either. "Who's your mentor? Have you done much training yet?" She must have done heaps of training. She's quite a bit older than I am, and certainly more tired. Heck, if she's gotten used too it and is still tired, I'm going to be echausted. Maybe I have more energy, though? I do tend to have quite a lot, I guess...I prick my ears toward her with interest, my smile bright and happy, eyes shining with curiosity.

Silentpaw nodded, rather surprised to hear somecat had the same prefix as her, she stopped a little at the 'he doesn't talk' comment, maybe he had an actual reason to be called Silent? She yawned and flicked her tail, "Nice to hear, and my mentor is Hailspirit. We've been through I couple of training bits, she's a nice mentor." She praised. Her smile grew a little.
"And you got my dad as your mentor, don't worry, he's really encouraging." Silentpaw meowed, noting the ceremony and her previous encounter with Spruceclaw.

I think I like this cat. I wonder if Mousey and Haze have met any nice cats yet? I'm about to mull over that thought a little more with my creative little mind, when the other begins to speak again. Not only that, but she mentions mama. My ears twitch forward, and I wait my turn before letting out a little giggle. "Of course she's nice! She's my mother!" I give Silentpaw a happy grin, and wave my tail at the thought. I feel a little sorry for them though, because mama can't see, so it must be hard for her to teach the apprentice, especially one that can see. And it must be limiting on Silentpaw too.
I'm snapped out of my thoughts again at the word 'father' and my ears prick to attention, eyes shimmering like little crystals. "Really? So I've got your papa as a mentor. And you got my mama?" I laugh at this, a proper laugh this time, because in essence it would appear we've switched. I tilt my head to one side now with a curious look, regaining myself. "I don't know my papa. But who's your mama?"

Silentpaw flinched up a little as Flurrypaw mentioned Hailspirit was her mother, as soon as she relaxed she began to see some resemblance. She smiled at the coincidence, and curled her tail. "Huh, small world." She said, then shrugged.
"My mother's name is Sandstone." She added, blinking. This kid didn't know who her father was? Huh, at least Hailspirit wasn't with anyone she didn't know.

I flinch as she flinches, because it's a new prospect to me, and I'm not sure I like it. I narrow my eyes slightly and evaluate her with my one golden orb. She seems to relax slightly, and my smile returns without pause. "Really? I thought it was going to be HUGE!" I say, gesturing with my paws in exaggeration, then giggling as I almost fall flat on my nose. I return my paws to their position and compose myself as much as a cat like me can, before twitching my ears at the new name. I nod thoughtfully, but I don't know of the feline. "What's she like?" I ask curiously, ears twitching slightly. I know I shouldn't be so curious, or nosy to put it straight, but I am. And there isn't envy thing that's going to stop that.

"Eh, it's a form of speech. The territory is HUGE." Silentpaw replied, trying to say huge as loud as Flurrypaw, but ended up just going a pitch higher than her usual voice. At the next comment, she shrugged. "Sandstone is nice, but I didn't know her too well. I think my mom's having another litter, so hopefully they get to know her better." She explained, flicking her tail.

My ears flicker toward her, and I giggle as she tries to mimic my louder voice, only succeeding in matching me and my still kitten tone. I smirk at her cheekily before grinning. "I knew it! I called it!" I laugh happily, waving my tail slightly at the fact that I got it right. Not that it would be hard to guess. We'd need a huge territory to feed this many cats and train without crashing into each other. I eye her shrug. When I talk about my mama, I'm all smiley because I love her and she's so wonderful to me and all my siblings. Everyone really. I listen to what she says of her mother, and then grin at the thought of new kittens. "Well, now you get a shot at being the bossy older sister." I smirk mischievously before cracking up with laughter. Though not much of course. I wave my tail happily, then tilt my head. "You should ask to name one!"

The large female apprentice opens one of her bright, lilac orbs and her pupils adjust, focusing on the two fellow apprentices. She untucks her paws from under her chest and stretches, fluffy black fur standing on end. Her claws sheathed, she fixed her posture and padded toward them quietly. "Mind if I join your conversation? I've been sleeping since sunhigh and, quite frankly, Im bored out of my possible imagination."
(Its technically not been an entire month so does this still count?)

(Hello! *waves and shrugs* no idea, welcome)
My eyes suddenly switch over as the sound of movement on my blind side catches my attention. I turn slightly to face the older apprentice with my one golden eye and peer at her curiously. I wait for her to finish speaking, before grinning and offering a dip of my head in greeting. "Sure, I know how you feel..." I fade off for a second, before shrugging and offering her a happy smile, wondering more questions than I should probably ask. I start with the basics. "I'm Flurrypaw, what's your name?"

(FLURRY!)
Onyxpaw had been wandering in a boringness trance for the past hour. After running into a few trees... and a few warriors -they were NOT happy- he makes his way back to the apprentices den. Slumping down to his nest he scowls and moans as he slowly gets up out of the nest oblivious to the three other cat around him and drags his old dusty moss out and returns with fresh nest-ready moss. He collapses into it and yelps as a thorn pricks his side. Cursing loudly he pulls it out of his pelt and spits it away. Finally noticing the other cats his two different color eyes light up as he notices Flurrypaw

She smiled and swished her long, fluffy tail. "I'm Stormpaw, nice to meet you," the taller apprentice bowed her head in a curt greeting. Her lilac orbs fixed on the female apprentice but her tufted ears swivelled and she picked up a fourth presence. With a long inhalation, she took in the scent of the other cat. Male, younger than herself, decent health. "And to be polite, hello to the fourth apprentice listening in." Stormpaw whisked her tail around her paws and she sat tall, her chest puffed out and her whiskers twitching. Her muzzle was thick and her facial appearance was almost canine, she was covered in layers of thick, fluffy fur and her long body was propped up on long, slender legs and huge, fuzzy paws. If she was approached by a kitty pet, she'd possibly prove the legends of the giant, cannibalistic wildcats due to her appearance.

Onyx paw turns towards the voice and snorts "Well, look at you all high and mighty..." He curls his lip and says in a high pitched voice "Oh look at me! I can tell where you are just by smelling!" He shakes his head the the older, bigger apprentice he thinks to himself I could take her. His orange yellow eyes burns and he bats at it as the blue one visibly dims (It's a RP mechanic I play around with)

She let out a long exhale of air, almost a sigh of disappointment. Then, her ears perked and she sprung to her huge paws. With a flick of her fluffy tail she raced toward him, jumped and pinned him on his back with an enormous black paw on his throat and her left hind leg on his stomach. If she were to unsheathe her claws, she would pierce his eusophegus and his stomach tissue, however this would be against the warrior code and besides, she was only kidding. "Oooh aren't we aggressive," Stormpaw sneered and licked her muzzle, yet she was giving him a light-hearted smile. The huge apprentice stepped back off of him and sat, her tail twitching playfully and her head tilted in a friendly gesture. "So, what's your name then?" (I like the idea on that, but could you please elaborate more?
