"I've not learned much," Whitepaw replied with a smile, "But I can teach you some moves that I know," He purred. Although he hadn't done battle training yet, the young apprentice was still a good fighter and he knew that. "Come on" He felt a little worried about doing this as he had only ever play fought with kits. He hadn't ever taught one.

"Crouch down a little," He instructed.

Scarlet nodded, walking over with Whitepaw before getting into a small crouch excitedly. She had never really talked to other apprenteces, and was really excited to finally be learning something.

Whitepaw grinned when Scarletkit crouched down, his past worries forgotten. He let out a purr and began to speak again, getting himself into a more stable position.

"Now pounce at me!" He instructed again, his face still grinning.

Scarletkit pouncedd, her strong hind legs propelling her stronger than she prediccted upon impact, causing her to hit the bigger cat before falling back oneto her butt.

Whitepaw backed up a little when Scarletkit pounced, managing to hit him yet still falling. "That was good!" He purred, proud that the younger cat had managed to actually hit him, despite his reflex. He lowered his head to try and help her up before speaking, "Try to grip so you don't fall,"

"Try to... grip?" she asked, confused by the term. What would grip mean? She pulled herself up with the help of Whitepaw and got back into a crouch position.

Whitepaw nodded, getting into the same position as last time to make sure that Scarletkit didn't knock him over. He didn't want to end up falling on her. "Yeah," He continued, "Like try to hang on to me so you don't fall... You can use your claws if it'll make it easier, you wont hurt me," He smiled, tail waving.

Whitepaw nodded, slightly worried that she may acctually hurt her brother. She prepped herself before pouncing, curving her paws slightly so it was easier to grip onto the other cat. She let go quickly, panting, but she had done it. "I did it!" she peeped excitedly.

Whitepaw purred and replied with pride, "You did it!" He grinned, blinking his bright eyes, "If you were in a battle and you were equally as strong as the enemy,you could knock them over,"[/b he spoke, explaining the reason behind the move.

"Now try and knock me over in any way you can," He smiled, changing positions once again so that he was easier to knock over, moving his paws closer to each other.

Scarletkit nodded and watched as Whitepaw repositoned himself. She crouched down and pounced again, not really surprised when she knocked him over. "You let me do that." she pretended to pout with a smile on her pouty face.

Whitepaw made a loud 'ack' noise when he was knocked over, rolling from his flank and onto his spine. It hurt a little, but it wasn't very bad, just like stepping on a pebble. "Fine then, I'll stand properly," He challenged, rolling over onto his front so he could stand. The young cat lifted himself to his black paws and seperated them so they were just past shoulder width. "Try now," He grinned, doubting that Scarletkit would be able to knock him over this time.

Scarletkit pounced, knowing in advaance that it wouldn't do much of any damage. She was smaller and if he was actually trying... Yeah no, she decided upon impact when she bounced back a bit.

Whitepaw laughed when Scarletkit bounced back a bit. "Not so easy?" He asked rhetorically, still laughing a little bit.

"Should we try something else now?" He asked, thinking of another move that he could teach her. This was a pretty easy on really and it was just swiping claws.

Scarletkit laughed and nodded. "What now?" she asked while mentally noting some other moves that she could use with the pounce.

"This one's a lot easier, trust me," He smiled, looking down, "I just want you to swipe your paws forwards as if you were clawing me... This can be useful as if you get good at it you can slash at other cats' chests and faces and seriously hurt them," He grinned, waiting for her to try it.
