Anne scraped through the rubbish bin, trying to scavenge for something to eat. She had been pretty successful with this one spot, which she guessed was right behind a human feeding house, the bins would fill up with chicken bones and some kind of bread. It didn't matter, as long as she would fill her stomach enough to live another day.
Live another day, just to repeat yesterday. She thought, picking out a bone with a fair bit of marrow still in it, and leapt down from the bin, bone in teeth. But as her feet touched the ground, she heard a faint, familiar noise; cat paws. Her ears flattened as she spat out the bone, sending it clinking on the ground.
"I know you're here!" Anne growled, her dark tabby fur spiking to make her look twice as big (Which honestly is not that much) "Come out and face me!"

Serenity was walking in the twoleg village. She had figued out the maze that they called streets and could find her way around. As she walked along a wall, a rather narrow one, more of a fence. She was getting rather good at it. She saw another cat with their head in one of those plaastic bin things and jumped down from the fence with almost perfect grace and approached the cat, careful to stay in the shadows. It wasn't to hide, she wasn't afraid of this cat at all, but more out of habbit. Why she even bothered with this place, she wasn't sure. It was probably for entertainment. The cats here always had the most amusing things to say. She noticed the other cat turning and walked out of the shadows, finally relising the other cat couldn't see her. "I know your here, come out and face me." she heard the cat growl. She looked at the other cat with an amused look in her eyes. "Oh really, you do? I would't have guessed. I was trying sooo hard to not let you notice me." she rolled her eyes, deciding to see what would happen if she agrivated this cat. Might be interesting enough to be worth her time.
