((Since this is mostly me/Natalia rambling about Deathclan, feel free to skim to the bottom. Seriously where did these words/muse come from???))
Deathclan seemed to house many cats who weren't exactly what one might call well-adjusted. Cats who didn't recover from trauma properly or may have other issues seemed to gravitate to Deathclan. Was it always like this? Who knows.
Natalia figured that was why cats tended to be rather optimistic or rather cynical. Or both, she wasn't sure which Jude was. On one hand he seemed determined to help her gain a sense of self-worth, but on the other seemed to maybe hate Patch. At least, he harbored angry and violent thoughts geared towards her.
Pain was definitely a cynic. Patch, she was leaning towards cynic. Dove was definitely an optimist... Probably. That Sky kid, a cynic. That Serenity... Probably a cynic.
Then again, she might be thinking that cynics are the ones that are less social. Then again, that was sort of a part of being cynical. Not trusting in the goodness of others. Natalia... Was unsure where she stood at this point. On one paw, she was trying to not be completely closed off to new relationships. On the other, she did not trust them. She was open to it, but she wasn't leaping into it. If she was more enthusiastic about friendship, she'd likely have pushed for Serenity to stay. She trusted Jude... Yeah. That was it. She was civil with Pain and she... Was alright with Patch. Dove she hadn't seen a while, heck, what was their leader doing...? Though, last she saw the silvery rogue... She seemed alright. Sky was a cat she wouldn't mind seeing again. Serenity er... It was a bit early to make a judgement.
She exhaled as she walked past a tree. And another. To be fair, she was in a forest so passing a tree wasn't a grand occurrence. She heard a branch snap and she lifted her head sharply, emerald gaze trained on the direction on the sound. She flattened her ears.
"You're pretty much the opposite of stealthy, y'know?" She called in the darkness. After all, it was sort of the middle of the night.
