Windkit's mouth fell open. A ladybug? How odd. That name wasn't as fitting as "red circle". In his opinion, at least.

He watched the bug crawl around in awe. It was so weird! 'I wonder if it can understand us. Maybe it's trying to tell us something.' He thought, intently staring at the crawling patterns it made. It was all kind of the same. Left, right, left, right... Windkit could feel his eyelids grow heavy, and soon enough they were shut completely. Running around really tired him out, and watching a bug crawl around had gotten less and less interesting.

The tabby flopped to his side, now snoozing in the dirt.
