Another day, another apprentice. She was fairly surprised when she was asked to train Pricklepaw. The warrior walked towards the apprentices den and tilted her head, squinting her amber eyes to look for the pelt of the younger cat. She finally spotted Pricklepaw and called out, "Hey, Pricklepaw, it's time for training." She then made her way towards the fresh-kill pile, seating herself and waiting for the apprentice.

Pricklepaw lifted his head up at the sound of his voice being said. Turns out he was actually getting a training session- his previous mentor hadn't trained him at all and he was almost warrior age. It had been beginning to worry him that he'd be an apprentice his whole life. The spiky furred cat rose to his paws from his nest and walked out of the den he was sleeping in, looking at the snowy white she-cat in front of him, "Morning," He spoke, a grin gracing his flat face as he followed her to the fresh kill pile.

The white warriors face brightened as she saw Pricklepaw, she nodded a greeting. "Morning, would you like to grab something to eat before we leave? I'm Cloudskip, by the way." She replied, her amber gaze shifting to the mice and rabbits that served a major part of the fresh-kill pile.
"You can choose what training today. Hunting, battling, or a quick territory tour." She added.

Pricklepaw smiled and nodded back to Cloudskip, swishing his bushy tail, "Cloudskip, okay," He said, mostly to himself, showing that he acknowledged what the white warrior had said, "And yes, I'd love some food- I'm starving," He added, walking to the fresh kill pile and taking a relatively small rabbit. His amber gaze looked at Cloudskip as he began to chew, replying, "I wanna hunt," He stated shortly, digging back into his meal.

Cloudskip let out a small purr as she curled her tail and spectated over the apprentice. She chuckled lightly, "Okay, we can do that. I can actually hunt better than fight, so that's good." She retorted, grabbing a plump mouse. She ate it quickly with swift bites.

Pricklepaw nodded, shaking his long, spiky fur as he finished eating his meal, "'Kay," He stated, amber eyes looking around as he waited for her to also finish eating, "Where we going?" He asked, twitching his snub nose.
