Mothflight had finally gave birth to a small litter of kits but she had no clue to who fathered them, nor did she really cared. She had two daughters and a son and she was proud of them all. Mothflight had been worried about Fawnkit when the golden tabby kitten was born. She had been so small and fragile but now he young cat was an apprentice. Mothflight was happy for her tiny daughter.
She was happy with the names she had chosen for them. Basilkit, Lichenkit and Fawnkit were perfect names. Mothflight wanted to spend time with her litter now that they were a bit older. She took a seat and waited to see if any of her kittens would come by.
( Fawnpaw Lichenkit @basilkit . This is going to be the family meeting thread.)

Basilkit felt a bit behind. He had only just recently even left the nursery, but his sister had already become an apprentice. He supposed that it wasn't a huge surprise considering how brave and strong she was, but he was a bit disappointed that he was still just a kit. So since he couldn't even leave the camp he took to wandering around. He didn't even have any friends to wander around with. He didn't mind the silence though.
One day and the little brown furball was on one of his walks when he spotted a cat that looked familiar. A grin spread across Basil's maw as he raced over to the older cat. He skidded to a stop in front of Mothflight. "Hello Mama!" The young kit exclaimed. He grinned up at his mother, his mood instantly brightening. Basil didn't really get a whole lot of personal time with his family and had only truly talked to one of his sisters, so seeing his mother was a treat for him.
[its a little lazy, but I figured I'd just pop in here quick.]

(Well, this can be before her first trading thread since Dogfang put of her training for three days IC) Apparently being an apprentice was just as boring as Fawn had suspected. In fact, it was more so. She didn't like her mentor though, so she found herself glad he was delaying her training. Yet then again, did she like anyone? Not particularly. Still, the child found herself bored on what should have been her first day of training, so she happened to be wandering around camp when she spotted a cat she didn't actually mind the present of. Her younger brother Basilkit. She moves over to approach him from across the camp, when he seemingly runs off from her. Strange.
Ears twitching slightly with confusion, and a tad of unadmitted disappointment, Fawn turns her head to peer after her brother. And then she sees exactly what he's spotted when he skids to a halt before literally an older version of Fawn herself. In looks, of course. That's where the comparison ends. Throughout her kithood, Fawn hadn't conversed with her mother even once, and Mothflight hadn't put any effort into trying to speak with her. And so when she approached her mother, she didn't find it hard at all to appear coldly indifferent. "Mother" She greets the warrior calmly, offering a slight dip of her head before turning her attention to her brother. A slight hint of a smile warms her features, and she gives Basilkit a nudge with her shoulder. "Hiya sprout. Been practicing your speeches?" Her voice is still a little hard, yet its warmed slightly toward her brother, unsurprisingly seeing as he's the only family member she's spent time with.
