@kitten
It was ironic really. To be given an apprentice named Sage. It was an herb tat he was well-aware of during his days as the clan's medicine cat. But to now be mentoring one? Crowwing chuckled under his breath before finding the tall, white coated she-cat. "Sagepaw, right? I'm down to bring you out to the territory if you'd like."

Sagepaw was excited to begin training. She had been looking for Crowwing all day, but with no luck. 'He couldn't have disappeared. I wonder where he is.'
Then a black, scarred cat started to approach her. She gave him a big smile. This was Crowwing, wasn't it? Her suspicions were confirmed when he spoke up. She dipped her head politely, then responded with a cheerful mew. "I would love that, thank you!"

Crowwing purred at Sagepaw's response. It was polite, and he admired that. "We'll start off with Treeclan and work our way to Rockclan, but before that, feel free to take a snack from the fresh-kill pile. We're going to be out until past sunhigh."
The tom wasn't hungry, so h just waited for his apprentice by the entrance. He couldn't wait to start training once more!

"That sounds great. I'll be right back!" Sagepaw sang, dashing off to the fresh-kill pile. She picked out a small mouse and gobbled it up quickly. Making her fur nice and neat again, she trotted back to Crowwing. "I'm ready now."
