-I know they've never met, but I feel Scare should know who his packmates are already so that's why he already knows her name <3-

Scare yawned as he opened his yellow eyes, lifting himself to stretch his long, black legs, his tail wagging slightly. The young beta flopped back down onto his belly after stretching, grinning to himself on his plans about the day. He'd probably just go out for a hunt like he usually did this time of year, but it was always fun serving for his pack.

As the wolf began to groom his foreleg with his pink tongue, another canine caught his eye. They were a newer member of the pack. "Good morning, Shade," He greeted her, moving onto his side.

Surprised to hear her name, she lifted her head and looked at the male wolf greeting her, "Good morning." she said shyly greeting him then looked down looking down her at her paws, she was laying on her underbelly then shifted her tail.

[Scare]

"So, how's life treating you? Enjoying the weather?" Scare asked, trying to start a conversation with the other wolf, wagging his tail gently as his tongue hung out the left side of his mouth.

[Shade]

Seeing Scares funny face with his tongue sticking out of the side, she couldn't help but chuckle in her own cute manner, "Hehe, the weather is treating my fine," feeling now more conformable with her situation she continued, "And how is the weather treating you?" she said crossing her front paw over the other looking at Scare with a shy smile. 

[Scare]

Scare smiled, yawning with a small high pitched noise. He grunted slightly at the question, disliking the cold weather that was now among them, "I could actually do without it, I hate winter," the young wolf complained. Cold weather always made it more difficult for the different packs to cope.

[Shade]

Looking out at the snow she smiled, "I honestly don't mind the cold." she said in a quiet tone. She sat up still looking out at the snow. "I just love how white the snow it." She looked over at Scare, "I don't find hunting to difficult either." Looking down at her paws, Shade shifted her tail so it was curled around her. 

[Scare]

Scare grumbled as his yellow eyes looked at the snow, "I much prefer spring if I'm honest. Winters not the best", he began to explain, "It's too cold, there's barely any prey and camouflage is difficult."

[Shade]

She nods in agreement. "I see your point." She shifted her gaze back to Scare and observed his build. Shifting her blue eyes away shyly she let you a sigh. "I much prefer fall or spring, myself." Standing up and stretching her paws forward she straighten her slim elegant body and looked around.

[Scare]

Scare let out a quiet grunt in agreement, wagging his tail softly. "You want to do anything?" The beta asked, fluffing up his short black pelt as his yellow eyes blinked, "It's pretty boring just sitting here."

[Shade]

She nodded, "Sure, what do you want to do?" she looked up at him waiting for his response.

[Scare]

Scare sighed, groaning quietly, "Anything. Hunting, fighting, digging holes and burying things in them, whatever floats your boat." He offered.

-Wow, Scare letting someone else chose what to do what a good beta he is-

[Shade]

She looked up in thought, "Explore?" she thought meeting his optic. "It seems like a good time to wonder around." She said looking back out at the trees.

-Oh that a good guy, I'm not telling you what rank Shade is XD it will just be a secret for now. -

[Scare]

-Pff-

Scare nodded, stepping forwards, "Alright then," The beta replied, beginning to walk away, not bothering to check behind him to see whether or not the other wolf was following.

[Shade]

Running after him, she followed close behind. The air was cool across her face as she ran. Turning on to a path she didn't recognize she kept behind Scare as he lead on.

Scare looked around at all of the trees in the woodlands. Many of them were losing their leaves now, lots of orange and brown ones scattered along the grassy floor. He walked over to a small pile of them and casually walked over it, making them crunch before making his way back over to Shade.
