Shred yawned as he whacked the long strands of grass with his paws. He smiled tiredly, watching as the strands moved. It was pretty boring, but relaxing nonetheless. Shred slowly lowered his head towards the floor, stopping his paw movement and resting them just beneath his chin. Letting out a peaceful sigh, closing his yellow eyes as he wrapped his battered short tail around his body.
The young cat buried his pink nose in his paws, grumbling slightly as his floppy ear began to tickle his face. He then sighed with annoyance, flicking his head to try and get the limp part to move out of his face.

Shira looked around as she rose to her paws stretching tiredly. She hardly got any sleep last night but she didn't care at all. All she cared about was getting up, maybe killing something and then sleep. She smiled then as she saw a kitten about her age playing with a strand of grass. She decided she might as well greet the other, hopefully not be mean. Hello, I'm Shira. She meowed softly. |

Shred pricked his ears, making a small 'mroww' noise at the sound of another cat's voice greeting him. He turned his yellow eyes to look up at the newcomer, swishing his battered tail. The voice came from a she-cat who was seemingly tired, they were about his age and seemed friendly enough.
"Oh hello, I'm Shred," He introduced himself back, offering her a toothy grin.
