What was Ariana doing today? She was trying to remind herself what she'd learned during her time with her adoptive family. It was hard, when her gut response was to flash a sunny smile at strangers. Her sarcasm and teasing remarks flowed like water around her family, but she always clammed up when she didn't feel totally secure.
Which was within ten feet of a stranger. It... Was rather frustrating if she was being honest. It was hard to change herself. She really was trying, though she imagined it would be rather jarring if she suddenly showed zero tact after showing nothing but courtesy.
Being rather distracted from her thoughts, she didn't notice that she bumped into someone.
