Lightning noticed the odd scent too, but didn't think much about it. It was probably just the medicine cats bringing in new herbs.

"Really what are they like?" Foxkit asked with excitement hes pelt standing on end. He licked his chest fur forcing his pelt to lie flat. "Where did you met the rogue did they tell you their name?" He said calmly trying to hold back his excitement.

Lightningkit shrugged. 'I get around." she said, getting rather restless and getting up, hopping on to a narrowing ledge where she paced back and forth, her attention still mainly on Foxkit. "Want to play a game or someth-" she started the slip and paused for a moment to catch her balance, "Something?"

Foxkit almost jumped up as he saw the she-kit almost slip off the ledge, but he had managed to stay siting. "Sure we can play a game." He said jumping up onto the narrow ledge following Lightningkit.

Lightningkit has had her back to Foxkit when he jumped up, so she was rather suprised when she turned and saw him on the ledge too, but she hid her surprise and sat down. "Alright, what do you wish to play?" she asked. "Warriors, mossball, anything."

"Let's play...a new game!" Foxkit said with excitement. "One of us can be a badger and the other can be a great clan leader like Firestar or Bramblestar!" He said trying to decide the rules of the game.

Foxkit puffed his fur out making him look much larger and let out a low growl. "I'm the greatest cat ever to live in the clans! Firestar and you shall be defeated!
