whitejaw grinned as he stood in the territory, the cold wind blowing through his short fur. this was the first time he had been out alone without breaking any rules. he stepped forwards into a pile of frost as he made his way towards the boulder pass, beginning to purr as it came into sight. the young warrior sped up a bit, feeling his paws beginning to slip a little on the ground. he was still getting used to this 'everything is cold and slippery' thing, having never seen winter before this one.
as he finally arrived, he jumped onto the lowest rock but quickly slipped off. rocks were slippery too now? he grumbled as he lay on the floor on his flank. of course, he wasn't hurt as the rock wasn't very high, but he was kind of irritated. sighing, whitejaw jumped onto the same rock again, this time managing to stay on, but not bothering to jump onto the next as he knew that if he slipped off that one it probably would hurt, even if it was just a bit. he curled up on the freezing cold rock and looked around the territory, simply observing what it looked like with the frost covering everything.

// Whitejaw Is it okay if I get this thread going? I'm super bored. //
Foxtwist padded out into the territory on a cold, frozen day. She hated leafbare! She grumbled to herself about how she was tired of this cold, and tired of not being able to find prey. Suddenly, the ginger she-cat noticed a tom flop off a rock, onto the ground. She tilted her head and chuckled to herself. He must be new to the cold weather.
She watched him for a moment longer, seeing that he successfully made the jump onto a rock after his second try. Not wanting to look like she was just sitting there, watching him, the pretty she-cat padded over to the rocks.
"Mind if I join you?" she asked, looking up at him.

-yeah, sure that's fine.-
whitejaw had almost started to fall asleep when he was interrupted by a voice. his black ears pricked and he shook his sleek pelt, "oh, no i don't mind, go ahead," he smiled, shuffling to the side to make some room for the ginger tabby, trying not to slip off the side of the rock and smash his skull.
"what brings you out here?" he asked, tilting his head, "it's a little chilly isn't it?" he asked, swishing his tail slightly. "oh, and i'm whitejaw, by the way."
